Great little business! Theyre located in Bellmawr and service is by appointment only which was something I didnt know, but its really easy to schedule service with them if you need computer repair. Theyre right off of 42 where 42 and 295 meet, which was really convenient for me because I work in Philly. I was able to drop the computer off on the way to Philly and to my surprise they had it ready the same day so I was able to pick it up on the way home...VERY CONVENIENT! I was getting hard drive errors and then my laptop wouldnt boot so I figured it was the hard drive. I called the big box store and they said 5-7 days to get the computer back. The price was quite a bit less than the big box store as well. They were able to confirm it was the hard drive, install the hard drive, migrate data from the old hard drive and then install Windows and do it days before the other guys would have even looked at it most likely. Very happy.

Up to now my dealings with this guy have been ok. But after my last repair going bad after just 8 weeks and Mark acting like, "so what do you expect from me?". I will never do business with with person again!..He is not a business person at all. Will not return phone calls and expects me to buy my own parts. I am planning on taking him to court for his last repair on principal alone. He has no clue what he should say or do. Not a business person at all, better off as just a worker. All this over a very small repair. Time for you to get a lesson in how to run a business boy!

My experience with Dragora was so much better than I had with a highly advertised computer service (hint: rhymes with Greek). Dragora just fixed my laptop... in less than a day. The owner was helpful, honest, and very knowledgeable. He took extra time to explain the repairs in a manner that even a novice like myself could understand. The cost was very reasonable.
