This place was amazing. My computer suffered a serious crash and burn, and my hard drive needed to be re-imaged, but i hadnt backed up many of my files in quite some time, so i was nervous about losing important data files, but also concerned about losing my ipod playlists (arguably not as important as data files but equally as valuable, not to mention sentimental). I was assured that even though i didnt back up any of my playlists etc, that they could extract them from my old hard drive if need be, and in the end that is what they had to do and it worked!. No other computer repair place was ever able to do that for me, and or if they could they simply said Apple purposely sets it up so that you cant transfer playlists from your ipod to your computer. Not so! Not only did Viletech re-image my computer and make it work faster than before, but they were able to save my files, and ipod playlists and they did all of this so quickly. I was without my computer for one day only (and it would have been even quicker if i didnt have 120 GB of info to transfer. This place is great, highly recommend.

Super-fast return and friendly service on a laptop repair - I broke my screen after tripping over the power cord, sending it to the floor. I bought the unit in on Wednesday and was told there was two jobs ahead of mine, so they would get back to me by lunch time the next day with a quote after evaluating the computer. He called a bit over two hours later with a great price quote, so I gave him the go-ahead to do the work, and it was back to me the next day. Comparing VileTechs quote to the local store of a national office supply superstore, I saved at least half on what they had quoted me, and they were going to outsource the job, which would have earned them $75 just for being a middle-man. When that store gave me a quote, I told the person there that I might as well buy a new computer, and he agreed with me. With my laptop being just over a year old, I did not want to buy a new one. VileTech saved me a lot of money. Ill bring my machine there again should I need a repair. They get my recommendation to anyone needing a repair.

If you want to wait 2 weeks longer than you were quoted and then get your laptop back with a broken power adapter, then this place is for you. This place just sucks! I was told that I could have a free evaluation to see what was wrong with my laptop which is awesome but what they wont tell you is that after you call them to check up on it they already started the work even if you didnt want them too. They refused to explain what exactly was wrong with my laptop. Then they tell me that my adapter is broken! a $70 adapter that is only 1 month but worked when I gave it to them, not only would they not tell me why its broken but anytime I asked they just said "why dont you just buy one here since you need one" I hope you keep this experience in mind when looking for a repair place.

I called viletech Computer Solutions when my computer became infected with viruss and spyware. I dont know much about computers but i did know that i had a big problem on my hands. I called Viletech Computer Solutions because they are local and im glad i did. Not only did they solve my problems but they also walked me through step by step on how to prevent this from happening again. A few times i even called the office and they were nice enough to answer my questions quickly and professionaly. I ask for everyone to try them, you wont believe how great these guys are.

I Love Viletech! After another place failed to clean and repair my office PCs, I turned to Brian at Viletech. Not only did he completely remove all viruses and malware from my machines, he set us up with up to date virus scans and a more secure wireless LAN to help keep our PCs clean... Now I have them maintain our PCs at least twice a year, and they will continue to receive my business. If you want personable employees with an old fashion work ethic, go to Viletech.

I used viletech before and has always had great service. it wasnt until recently that i realized how great these guys really are. I spilled water on my laptop and brought it to viletech for them to look at it. I use my laptop for business so I couldnt be without it. They diagnosed the problem and had the part overnighted. I was back up and running with 24 hours!!!! They even worked after hours to help me in my desperate time of need. A+++++

After being continually frustrated by the geek squad, I turned to Brian at Viletech. I got a quick, and more importantly a permanent solution for my problem. Not only was he personable, but his prices were so much more reasonable! I recommend Viletech to anyone that values good work and great customer service. Thanks Brian!

Took my MacBook Pro here to get fixed for broken screen I bought the screen called first drop it off the tech said he can fixed he start it this afternoon next day got a called back saying cant fixed the guy they out source it not answering wait ( outsourcing it I never was told that poor customer service .
