The WORST experience I ever had with any repair service. When I decided to use their services I didnt see any reviews (other than the ones on their own site). I took this as a good thing because there were no negative reviews. What I didnt think of was that there were also no positive reviews. My daughters computer was acting up and Im retired and have more time so I did the leg work for her. I told them exactly what I wanted repaired and we agreed on a price. Neither the price nor what was supposed to be repaired actually ended up being what we agreed on. I should have known it would end this way since the woman who seemed like she was running everything was on the phone yelling at a customer one of the times I was there. They seemed like they were listening and knew what to do but I guess I was wrong! There are plenty of other computer repair shops in the area, so do yourself a favor and dont make the same mistake I did! I wish someone had wrote a review like this so we would have been warned. I am a business man who travels the country and I rely heavily on my laptop in order to do my consultation work. Recently my computer was hit with a virus while on a project in the area which brought me into the store. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to resolve the issue and get me back on my feet. Not only did this allow me to complete my consultant project on time but my laptop also feels way faster. I am so happy with the service! I would highly recommend this to others. I wish I could find someone this helpful near me.

Ez/pc took my computer. Held it hostage after dropping it off for a free evaluation. I was told by the owner I would have to pay $90 to get it back even though they werent sure they could fix it and werent sure what was wrong. It was a Dell duo and Im curious if someone bought my computer. It was new and to turn it over to make a buck is shameful.

Allison was awesome, she fixed my computer problems and then some. She was able to sit down and explain everything to me in terms that I could understand, which is hard to do since I am not at all computer savvy. Over all my experience at EZPC was a great one. Any further computer problems that I have, I will most defiantly return to EZPC.

Allison Donelly has worked closely with local police departments, helping them on cases with forensic investigations. That speaks to her honesty and integrity. Recommended!
