Very poor service. They took my laptop apart 4 times over. After 2 months it was never fixed and I had to really try hard to get my full money back. He was about to claim that they keep a $40 deposit on any computer the customer takes back. Now, I understand that sometimes not all things are fixable. However, when they returned the laptop to me with the original parts the left out screws and did an unacceptable job. The screen now falls out of the housing, the panels meant to hide all the wiring are constantly falling off, whats worse they actually left out multiple screws when putting it back together. NEVER GO HERE. They are disrespectful to you and your stuff. Recap: 1 - went to repair screen 2 - They bought the wrong screen and broke some wires in the computer 3 - They buy new screen. Screen comes in and now features like touch, sleep sensors, and an array of other things dont work 4 - 2 months later they ask me if Im willing to wait more months, but I have to leave the city so I decline. 5 - They are about to withhold money form me (supposedly a deposit for taking the computer back with me, a policy they never mention before). I explain that I had paid in full and only took the computer back when they could not fix it. They do give me back the money in full. 6 - Now my computer is not just cracked, but is missing screws, wont close properly, and is falling apart. If you want to pay people to break your stuff then definitely go here.

Went there with a wet laptop. They told me that they need to order a part in order to fix the computer, and the part will arrive in 5 business day. They charged 50$ just for look at the lap top by the way. Only after 11 days they called me back, saying that they couldnt fix the laptop!!! They transferred the data and charged me 80$ in addition to the 50$ they charged me for NOTHING. I believe that if I would go to a different place they would find the problem in a day and charge me less than 130$ just for tranfering data.

terrible service! the people there dont know what theyre doing! I sent in my surface pro, they not only didnt fix it, but CRACKED the screen! and they didnt refund me any money for the cracked screen... their explanation was: its already beyond repair so youll have to send this in to Microsoft anyways, a cracked screen doesnt matter, microsoft will just give you a new one... AND in the end I figured out that they were just trying the buy my surface off my hand and sell it on ebay! WTF

They fixed me phone after I shattered the screen. It took a week to get the parts to fix it. I got my phone back and now the front camera doesnt work and it did before I brought it in. Then to add insult to injury, they kept my SD card from my phone with contacts and other info. When I called to find out where it was, the person I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about. Im take my phone into my SP. Thats probably the best bet vs this place.
