The postal workers are too lazy to put packages up on the covered porch when it is raining or looks like rain. I pay lots of money in postage and for the items I have delivered. I do not appreciate them being left by my garage door unprotected. I have had several packages get soaken wet. I call the post office and no one answered the phone. I dont have this problem with FedEx or UPS just the postal service.

Contrary to what the others have said, I have never had a problem with the Allison Park Post Office. I have always had someone answer the phone and they were both friendly and efficient. My carrier comes on time and they have even delivered packages to me after hours. I can only praise the staff here. Keep up the excellent work! Sincerely, Jeff Maltz

No they dont answer their phones. Also, poor job of picking up items at my house. I sell on ebay quite a bit and sometimes they dont pick up my packages. That can REALLY hurt my feedback since it is showing that it has been mailed. But if they dont pick it up it cant be sent!

Everything I send takes weeks to get there! It is absolutely ridiculous. I dont understand why something takes two weeks to get an hour away!
