Really they deserves 6/5 stars!! Two packages were due to be delivered on a given day but only one was. When I called this PO to figure out what happened they contacted my delivery person and figured out that the packages just got separated in their truck. They said that the package would still be delivered today. Excellent customer service and well beyond what I had come to expect from the USPS in general.

The "US POST OFFICE" AT GLENSHAW gets RIPPED Once in awhile by Customers who come in to either mail letters or send packages. The STAFF there are GREAT People, are VERY HELPFUL & ALWAYS have a SMILE when you come in. The ONLY PROBLEM is Once in AWHILE the WRONG Letter or Package goes to the WRONG ADDRESS. But, MISTAKES are made.

Stopped in for a passport renewal, Dave took the time to look over my paperwork to make sir everything was filled out correctly and was kind and polite during the whole transaction, even when I forgot my checkbook in the car! Ive read and personally had so many post office horror stories at other offices, certainly not here!!
