These guys are great! Lines moves quickly and they know their stuff! Honestly.. bring your stuff in packaged, it is not UPS, they sell packing supplies, dont ask for them.. I dont understand the idiots who bring their stuff in un-packaged and look around bewildered and then get angry, when they have to buy bubble wrap, tape etc... UPS is 1/2 mile down the road.. Stop holding up the line with your stupidity.

Several packages have been lost and business mail undelivered. Each day our office receives 2-3 pieces of misdelivered mail so I know we are not the only ones experiencing an issue.

Never answer the phone or its left off the hook. Theyll get to you whenever they want, with a big frown and a big sigh. No wonder they are being phased out
