30 years here and they always blame Pleasant Hills when things are not done right. Lost a valuable package this week. Carrier left illegible slip saying it would be at Brentwood or I could reschedule delivery. I rescheduled with confirmation number and a reminder email. I waited for a truck two days since the carrier ran by quickly leaving only regular mail. Went to Brentwood and without even loooking at the slip or email, clerk said nothing was there and to go to Pleasant Hills because they keep them. PH says thats not true. Its not there either and they at least spent time searching for it.. Last couple months Ive also had a piece of mail slit open and a missing packing list from parcel, obviously removed.

If I could give this post office 0 stars I would. I mailed something to a friend here, and their mail person refused to go up the steps to her house and deliver this package. Now its in US Post Office Limbo. They wont answer their phone at all, weve both been calling for two days trying to track down this package. In fact, she has just informed me that she tried calling a few times in a row and they wound up taking their phone off the hook. This is absolutely ridiculous, I have never had this much of an issue mailing anything to any other place in the US. I dont care what time of year it is. Everyone at that place should be fired.

I order things online a lot. I find it very funny my packages are tracked until they get to this post office and then POOF! DISAPPEARED! Ive started documentation like I was advised because 1/4 of my things just never show up which is unlikely. I intend on pushing this as far as i can for tampering with mail/theft if my items dont start showing up. Its narrowed down to the person who drops it to this office or someone at this office.

My wife went here today and the person working the counter was just an awful human being. Saying she was awful is an understatement. She was reported to management at another branch. 0 stars would be more appropriate.

the worst and most unhelpful post office. a perfect example of how inept our government is. I have had several packages lost via them. If you package somehow ends up here, good luck.

My experience there was good. The lady helped me find the right box for my items and taped it up for me. She was very helpful and kind.
