I visited the Robinson post office this morning to mail a package. It was before office hours so I had to use the self-packaging machine. I was experiencing difficulties putting my address information in the machine and this long gray haired woman worker came out, looking startled at first that a customer was in the office. She barely said good morning and when I alerted her that I was having problems, she answered "You must be putting in the wrong address" and shuffled away. I answered, "No, I just need some help." She ignored this and shut the door. Ummm...this is your job lady and customer service should be of top priority. This must be the same rude woman that the other reviewers are referring to in these postings. Go home, retire, please fire her and find someone who actually does their job. Thank you!

Sadly my experience every time I have gone to this post office and had to interact with the person at the counter has been the same. The person was rude and unhelpful. I try to avoid that post office as much as possible, but it stays open longer than other post offices in the area so sometimes there is not much of a choice. A few times I have opted for just using the UPS store near by in the same mall even if it was more, just so I would not have to deal with the person at that post office.

Some of the most helpful employees I have met. They may not always make it to the phone, but thats not because they dont care, its because they are busy! (They were swamped when I first stopped in today.) I had to ship some school documents overseas and I was helped by a woman (I didnt catch her name) who went above and beyond to make sure I got when I needed. (Passport photos needed to be proper size for application.) Amazing!

Rudest woman at the counter ever. Asked a question about a passport application and got so much attitude in return. I had all my paperwork and photo ready for my passport, the lady refused to process it. her reasoning, "its too busy." I was the only customer in the office. she makes 20 bucks an hour and doesnt even do her job, must be nice.

Ive had a terrible experience at this post office every time I go there for a few years now. I always end up with the same lady thats always rude and doesnt care to help you with your questions. I will do my best to never go back to that location and I dont care to use the USPS unless I absolutely have to.

The staff are good and they work hard, but if you get there when it is crowded grab a chair. They have been severely understaffed for the past few months and even when 12 or more people are in line there is usually only one person working at the counter. Dont even attempt going in there at lunch hour.

Who ever was working the counter the morning is 11/5/2016 was possibly the rudest women in the history of customer service. She referred to the man in front of me as a "dumb @$$". She was plain and simple a horrible person. Reading some of the other reviews Im guessing she has been there a while.

PASSPORT 1/20/15, The women at the front desk is the rudest women, I applied for a passport and has all of my belongings with me and she was yelling from the back of the mail room saying she could not help me becuase i needed an APT, Also tried making an APT with her and she refused

God awful service. They never answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold. I was put on hold for 2 hours! This is why people complain about the inefficiency of the government.

Its usually has lines and takes longer for even small things. Overall its like any other post office but definitely could do better with customer service and speedy process at counter.
