I know one thing!!!!! When I come in there tomorrow they better have my package!!!!! I been calling this office all day and finally at 430pm some guy answer and tells me he gone find out and call me back when he finds out why the tracking says out for delivery since 653am but still no package!!!! Well....he never called me back!!!!! I checked my mailbox at 12noon the paper mail was there but not my package!!!! I been waiting outside ALL DAY then at 602 pm I get a ding from usps telling me they tryed to deliver and left a notice!!!!!! Funny thing is I NEVER seen the driver and never seen a damn notice!!!!!! Smh I want my package and Im coming to get it I hope its at your office amazon has told me this is the facility where it should be your service sucks!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. The ladys here are loud and ghetto and they stole my package last year, I filed a claim but got so frustrated and stressed I let it go. Now I moved back to the area and have to put up with their nasty attitude every time I go here. Next Im contacting the head office to contact them about the way they talk to their customers. Not professional at all.

I wish there was a no stars option. The carriers at this post office are lazy and vindictive. They refuse to pick up packages when the red flag is up. They put mail on top of the outgoing packages and leave the outgoing inside. They park in the shade for half an hour next door. They are always on the phone, paying no attention to what they are doing. Lazy Lazy Lazy

I have never had a problem with this location. However, I had to call them because of a matter they neglected to do, I had to call several times from 1:48 pm until 2:39 pm.... I gave up.. I would love to be hired for the job at this facility to maintain the phone lines.... This is a serious issue and it need to be attended to immediately.....

Every time one of my packages goes through this facility it gets lost. Do they answer the phone? NO I have never seen anything like it. They complain about their jobs but get paid well. Have some respect for peoples property, and if you hate your jobs go elsewhere. But no you get paid good for being lazy!!!!!!!

Love the service but its just this one old black lady, short cut with glasses, OMG I hate having her attend me she talks WAAAAAAAAAAAAY to much....I understand great customer service but sometimes that bish need to just shut up other than that I like this place, Lady with the brown eyes & dreads foineeee asf

Great service and very low prices compared to UPS, FEDEX, or courier services. You can get a PO Box real cheap only $23 for three months. Much cheaper than Regus which demands $200 per month. I love this place !!

Only 2 registers open so you have to wait 15-20 minutes in line for service. Also, every time it rains the parking lot is flooded. However, staff is very nice
