I shipped frozen fish and lobster in a cooler packed with ice on priority 2-day mail for $58 to friends in the northeast. The woman behind the counter said it came with $50 insurance, and i asked for $300, which she told me would cost over $40 so I declined. She also stamped perishable all over the cooler and promised to get it on the next truck out in a couple of hours. Tracking showed the package leaving the NEXT afternoon, then doing several backtracks to and from two different sorting facilities in the northeast. NINE (9) days later a rotten cooler showed up at my friends door. The whole time this package was going back and fourth, the customer service line said no customer service available at this time. I finally got a hold of customer service in some outsource country after the rotten package was delivered who informed me that i could have insured it for $300 for a cost of less than $5. Furious, I went back to the store and demanded a refund from the woman and the manager with the tracking in hand showing a delivery time of 9 days later and also my receipt that clearly stated "Priority Mail 2-DAY shipping"!!! They refused a refund, saying even though it took 9 days, priority mail was non-refundable. In the end I got the $50 in insurance and filed a claim with Visa credit card to pull the $58 shipping cost back from them and into my bank account. Still upset about wasting precious ocean resources and food for nothing... I WILL NEVER USE THESE A$$HOLES TO SHIP ANYTHING EVER AGAIN!!!!

USPS tracking number shows a package I had shipped from Utah was delivered to my door as I was expecting this delivery. The day it was to be delivered, I was home all day with my front window open so I could see when it arrived. It never arrived. Not the next day, or day after. The tracking number shows it was delivered to my front door on the original day it was supposed to be delivered. It was not. Several calls being bounced between Fed Ex and the Post Office (it was a Smart Post package) as neither wanted to take responsibility. They just kept telling that it was delivered to my front door. They refused to help or refused to listen. They wouldnt do a tracer as they blamed the other shipper, then finally blamed the company from where it was shipped. This post office is useless and refuse to lift a finger to help. Two weeks later and I still havent received the original package or the replacement. How hard is it to have the person who was supposed to reliever the package go by my house to retrace the steps of the delivery? My door has a sign with the house number right next to the door and inside a fenced entrance way. There is no way it was delivered as they said. Disgusted at their apathy.

Came it at the end of the day to send a package and I was frazzle trying to make the 4pm deadline for overnight, I was asking one employee questions while online having minutes to go and she was basically saying you have get out of line to fill out the form and your not gonna make it. It was very discouraging but then the employee I went to when it was my turn was an angel because she knew how upset I was and let me fill it out there so I could be processed on time. She had beautiful long black hair with braids but so cant remember her name. Then when I drove to my mothers house I realized my debit card was gone. I called the call button from this entry and it connected me to headquarters so frustrating. I finally get the local number and NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE.i called SIX TIMES. Finally I went back and the same nice lady still had it. Although she was wonderful and nothing reflects poorly on her I have to give a low mark for the rest for not answering the phone. HOW CAN YOU NOT ANSWER especially if your a post office?

Just trying to make a simple request on a hold mail date. I tried for over an hour to do this via internet and it would not accept my confirmation number. I called the 800 number, spent ridiculous time answering menu prompts. Still rejected the confirmation number. Than a recording told me my wait time for a clerk to speak to was 45 minutes to 55 minutes. Then called my local post office directly. Followed prompts and then it said I was being transferred to a person. Phone rang at least 20 times before disconnecting my call. Horrible experience. Is anyone working?????

I do almost all of my business shipping at this po instead of the gardens branch because Gardens po takes snail mail to a whole other level. I usually have a great experience at Jupiter po, however if your problem ever needs a supervisor to intervene, save you self the time and effort because they are totally useless. They look at their screens pondering how are they going to tell you "they" have no idea and this interaction is severely cutting into their smokereak time. Dont bother

My neighbors and I always receive each others mail and packages. I have sent multiple gifts and cards out to my sister. There have been numerous occasions where she had never received them. I have made multiple claims concerning the Jupiter post office. Im extremely unsatisfied with the service in our area. I have lost a lot of money due to poor service and carelessness of this location.

If I could this location would get zero. They dont care about anything. Went in to put hold on my mail. Nothing is in the compute. I have no idea where is my nail with very important documents. Their phone at this location they keep off so you cant talk with anybody. Shame on you!

Horrible service! I handed my package directly to a worker and it was stolen and never delivered. This has happened on many occasions and as a business I still have to refund my customers while I am empty handed. this is unacceptable. Please do NOT ship USPS.
