Almost always have had a positive experience regarding their services. Understandably, things get hectic during the holidays and I paid the money for two day priority mail and its been five days but I understand that they are working very hard despite the massive volume that inundates them this time of year, And for the person who stated theyre disappointed in the "one government agency that they relied on" the USPS is an independent entity. Just ask any employee. If congress functioned as well as the US postal service does then we wouldnt have to worry about government shutdowns and rampant incompetence as they wouldnt tolerate that for more than a minute. Unlike our current government regime.

I try to use the Postal Service as much as possible to keep it a viable option to electronic mail. However, after paying almost 400.00 for premium forwarding services and having it misdelivered one week, then jammed in my mailbox so the key wouldnt turn the next (that was after it was misdelivered again)--Ive just about had it with Oakland Park. Im still waiting for a courtesy callback I was supposed to receive about 10 days ago. Thanks Meesha.

Freaking horrible. The mail lady had opened my mail (which has important information such as Social security and passport ect ) I have been trying to get a hold of the danm supervisor to file a but the phone kept ringing and nada . Also, I have been waiting for hours just to see the supervisor and had to keep coming back . Im sick and tired of yall, you guys need to do your jobs properly so people dont lose their mail.

Im a bit disappointed. I placed a hold on my mail 09/19/11 & entered a forwarding address @ the post office. My hold ended 10/3/11. I forgot the date and called 10/05/11 and was told there was nothing on hold. The supervisor couldnt tell me anything except that when the system comes up she will check and call me tomorrow. Im disappointed in the one governmental system I thought was organized.

My wife went with a 4 month old at 5:05pm today sat in line with her packages and then when she got to the front it was 5:20pm and the manager said it would take to long to do her packages that she needs to come back tomorrow. Then she asks if they can do a few of them and he says no we need to help the other behind you in line and you can come back tomorrow. This is not acceptable.

A bunch of unhappy people here. NO customer service skills. The guy named Keith is THE BIGGEST A-HOLE ever. He wasnt rude to me, but basically everyone he talked to. A miserable person for sure. He bullies all the other employees and is clueless that they all hate him. Funny to watch. Do go here if your day is easily ruined. The place is a dive. Dirty and disorganized.

DO NOT waste you time calling them. theyll put you on hold hoping youll give up.so you know what?i didnt give up and i was waiting for over 15 minutes. no costumer service skills. i rather pay little bit extra and deal with the professional employees of Fedex(that unfortunately working with them)

Very helpful staff. I came just after they closed to pick up a package. I explained that I traveled very far because it was sent to the wrong address. They went of of their way to find it for me. I was pleased with the service A+. They also helped a while back with a prior issue.

For my business I use this post office several times per week. I have never had a problem with their services and their employees are wonderful. Do you really want to trust a review by someone who doesnt know the difference between THEIR and THERE?

This is a Post Office. They sell stamps and mail packages. Surprisingly, perhaps, the staff will even smile at you while they try to explain the difference between Express and Priority mail.

Dont bother calling or asking for help to find a package. Theyll keep answering you with "No maam" then eventually put you on hold for 20 minutes hoping youll get tired and hang up.
