The mail man who delivered our mails left a key in my mail box for a package that arrived for me. I used the key and open a mail box in which supposedly my package was in it. When I opened the mail box it was empty. I went to the Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, post office to find out what happened. I explained to a lady that my package was missing. A man came later and said to me that my mail man was a great worker and that he asked him about my package, and the mail man said he did not remember seeing my package. The next day the mail man came to my home and accused me of stealing the mail box key; he said that I have to return the key to him...blah blah blah. I wrote a complain on their website, they said an investigation needed to be conducted. Finally, a few days later they left a note on my house door to go to the post office at Palm Beach Gardens and there they had two packages instead of one that belong to me. TERRIBLE service and they are the worst people to deal with.

They never answer the phone... never, and they do it on purpose because they cant be bothered with something silly like customers. Ive said it before and Ill say it again the United States Postal Service probably has less than 20 years before they go out of business and UPS takes over. ... keep it up youre committing career suicide. People everywhere are tired of your increasing postal rates and your decreasing ..efficiency. A package I paid 2 days service for took 6 and then you were closed on December 24th, not even Limited hours , and then you didnt put anything in their mailbox indicating they had a package. I expect the postal workers in Detroit Michigan to be lazy, but Palm Beach give me a break. Palm Beach Gardens must have hired all the losers from Detroit to work in the post office what a bunch of turds.

I have never received worse customer service in my life. There was no line, so there was no rush. The lady was all huffy and puffy the entire time for no reason. I was asking her about my priority mail options and she was being very rude and not helpful at all. I literally had to do everything myself while she sat in the back on her phone. She wouldnt help me package the four separate items I had, and didnt even tape any of them until I asked. And when I asked for the tape, shes like here you go. Didnt even offer to help. The only thing they have going for them here in this location is that its convenient because its in the mall. Terrible service; however, there was an older gentlemen not too long ago who was very perky and pleasant to work with.

Lady who works there is extremely rude and every single time I go there she always acts like I am inconveniencing her by asking a question. She answers rudely and doesnt really help you. I understand if you hate your job or whatever but I do expect a baseline level of customer service...I mean all I ask for is respect and I dont need attitude. I thought maybe it was a one time thing but every single time I go there (multiple times for a few months) she is consistently rude to the point where I try to avoid going when she is there (I believe on Wednesdays it is a different man who is nice) or go to the post office across the street. Total Garbage. Packages never delivered or returned. Never come to the door when they are supposed to. Miss pick up deliveries.. Have called them several times and they never answer. Went all the way to the post master to resolve an issue with them and they never even responded to that. I wont deal with this post office anymore. I dont trust them with anything but junk mail. Wouldnt even trust the to get mail into the po box. So elsewhere I go and moving out of this area! Postal service in northern palm beach is most great. These guys, fell asleep on the job and no one is waking them up!

There is a lady named Libby that works at the counter. She looks like a short chubby John Lennon in the face, very rude, self centered, and aggressive toward customers, especially elders. I waited in line for 40 minutes, along with other customers and we witnessed how she behaved. Unfair, and very unpleasant for anyone to have to experience. Dont bother calling this location, because they will NEVER answer the phone. Due to everything thats going on in the world, Libby is of no help to spread peace love or joy. THIS IS THE REVIEW IM LEAVING FOR USPS IN PALM BEACH GARDENS LOCATION.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I called consecutively for 45 mins before they answered their phone. Then the representative on the other end proceeded to yell at me because I didnt have an accurrate tracking number. Nothing productive was done to help my situation and while my package was still sitting in PBG she said that she couldnt find it and that it would be returned to the company that shipped it to me. I could easily go pick it up at the local office but she would not help me locate it. She was so rude, I was left dumbfounded.

These guys are really bad. I am a snowbird. My housesitter checked my mail box to find out that the USPS changed the lock -- only I didnt request the lock to be changed. As it turns out the mailman changed the lock on the wrong mailbox. I called this post office to get the situation fixed and although they said they themselves didnt do it, one of their "contract" letter deliverers did. I dont know how someone can change the lock on a mailbox without my permission

The only reason Im giving them 1 star is that they wont let you leave a comment without clicking on a star but they dont deserve any stars. I stopped to pick up my mail and it took me 40 minutes. They kept helping people behind me they already knew, the employee kept going in the back disappearing for a long time coming back without any answers. It was the worst customer service Ive received in a very long time.

Remember your ID. Will not accept your international package without an ID. This is a specific requirement for this location AT THE GARDENS MALL. No other real post office never asked for ID. There is a hand made sign saying that ID required. Wonder who invented it and why??? Really??? AVOID this mini post office with its own rules. I sure will never go back.

Im trying to call customer service to give the mailman who delivered my Amazon prime package today a customer compliment , he found my keys in the door and kept knocking till I woke up and came out . If he wouldnt have done so I might not have a car or I couldve been robbed or anyone couldve come into my house easily. Im eternally thankful!

THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER! I have never dealt with such rude people in my life!! The "manager" is the root of all evil at this store and is constantly "snappin her attitude" at the customers! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! Your packages will get "lost" or not accepted for whatever reason they can make up! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!
