An employee names Mark answers the phone and he is really disrespectful . When you ask him a question REGARDING ANYTHING , its as if he doesnt want to answer & hes avoiding his duties . If youre not happy working for USPS , QUIT ! Youre dealing with a community full of people !! Has an attitude , dismissive , will tell you anything to run you off the phone . His mood : " DONT BOTHER ME , IM JUST HERE FOR A CHECK . You must not now which USPS youre working for . MIAMI SHORES , a community we pay tons of money to keep up with & have serve us . If you hate your job ....QUIT !! As for the other employees theyre not professional neither . I will be filing a complaint with corporate .

The Old Couple who works there are the WORST w/ efficiency & always look mad and unhappy like they hate their Job & seem to feel customers are a burden... The lady is constantly giving bad shipping advice and misinformation; which really upsets long time customers and box holders at this location...
