The Grove office is slow, very slow. They dont answer the phone. Ever. It will ring into infinity, no one seems to care. The people who work there must not be too happy about it, they take their sweet time. Eventually you get help, but a wait time is closer to 30 mins on a normal day. Government employees, what can I tell you. Delivery in the grove is touch and go. Often packages get returned especially if you live in a building that requires an elevator ride. Those tend to be marked undeliverable (The carrier didnt feel like walking it up) Or recipient not found (The carrier didnt feel like walking it up) or the ever popular your package is at post office (The carrier does want to be bothered with further excuses) This is very much a big thing. Lazy crew mostly with one or two good carriers per zone. Again, government employees. Getting a root canal is probably time better spent.

I had purchased my One Plus 2 phone, the delivery needs to be signed by me. I was not home at the time, they left a notice in the mailbox to to pick up the package at this postal office. I went 3 consecutive days to go pick up the package, first excuse was that the parcel was re-delivering which it never happened. Turns out the they lost the package or the delivery person stole it. This postal office is the worst, they also hardly pick up the phones or take years to do so. This particular office needs to run out of business. I do not recommend this postal office at all, please avoid it at all times. Thanks god Im getting my money back from the package.

this place is as bad as people are writing it is. the blonde older lady that works there is the rudest creature Ive met at any service center for any product. not to mention shes not all that bright, at least not enough to do her job and have to talk to people. Wrong information, late 3 day shipping. Duplicate tracking numbers. Rude service and treatment (go for yourself god forbid to see if im fibbing alongside these numerous 1 star reviews). THE BLONDE OLD LADY THERE IS A CHARACTER LACKING INDIVIDUAL. BE WARNED. AVOID USING THIS LOCATION FOR ANY OF YOUR NEEDS. Dilapidated and amateur services.

Worst customer service Ive ever seen. I was in the post office for 10 mins and my car got booted. I went nowhere else besides post office. I called the tow company and the cops. The cops said if someone inside would verify or should video that I was inside, they have to unboot my car. They refused to verify and denied having video cameras. Its a government building, of course they have video tapes! Cops told me they get calls all the time about being illegally booted at this location. Post office is working with tow company to EXTORT customers. Typical Miami BS.

Received certified letters on 12/03/16 & 12/05/16 & missed both deliveries. Did not receive either slip that I missed them until 12/06/16. Filled out both slips and left in mailbox. Mailman came & went & did not take either slip. Still have not received either certified letter & it is the 8th of December. Tried to call Coconut Grove location & was hung up on twice. Finally got through on third try and left me on hold for 15M. Hung up and called back several times - no answer. Still no certified letters.

I removed one star because their self service kiosk hasnt been printing forever stamps for 2 weeks and it hasnt been fixed. Called to report it but no answer. Secondly, and it hasnt anything to do with costumer service, I had to report at the beginning of the year that mail my husband dropped in the parking lot mail box was stolen over night and checks were altered and cashed. I do no recommend to use the post office parking lot drop off box overnight or on the weekends.

Worst customer service EVER! The employees give bad service and are aware of it, but they dont care. Called to inquire about a package that they will not deliver. Was put on hold for 1.5 hours. Called back and the lady told me she is too busy to help and call some other time, then hung up on me.

This is an example of how NOT to run a post office. Inefficient, disrespectful, arrogant, self-serving. I have endured the place for over 20 years and it has never changed. I am amazed that this city puts up with it, but then -again- most people avoid conflict. But this is abuse.

Package arrived at this post office at 33133, then delivered to the wrong address. In general, USPS is the worst delivery service. Ive had 6 packages lost or delivered 2 weeks later in the last 2 years, complete joke of service.

Not a happy camper. I had to pick up a package and looked online and it says they are open till 4:30 on Saturdays. Had I known they were only open until 2 I would have rearranged my schedule. And mind you I got here at 2:05.

People working there are rude and incompetent. Theyve lost my packages 4 times already. Manager wont help with anything and acts like lost packages are your own fault. Will only be shipping through Fedex or UPS from now on.

This is the poorest excuse for a post office. No one ever answers the phone. Once I did talk to a person regarding a certified letter that was not delivered. She said she would look into it and call me back. Never did!!
