I ordered an item from Amazon that was being handled by this usps office. Please tell me what sense does it make for an item with a delivery date of saturday to be handled by a usps office that is closed on Saturday? I pay for amazon prime to have my items delivered promptly, not delayed by incompetence. And it is a wonder why so many people have an issue with usps. Better your personnel and infrastructure. Pathetic!

Unprofessional the manager closed the post office 15 minutes earlier and refuse to assist me and told me with very bad attitude to go find another post office and waived her hand at me while she is giving me her back . I would understand if that her business but I know that is government business .

After reading reviews - I thought it was only I who experienced horrible wait time. Tried to call for info so I wouldnt have to drive all the way over there - but no one has bothered to answer the phone for a day and a half - no matter how many times I call.

TERRIBLE!!! I cant began to explain what I am currently experiencing standing in line here. There are 8 people in line while there is 1 employee. She doesnt know half of the questions in asking about opening a P.O. Box. Price for example, basic info. Smh
