Una verdadera mierda todos los Post Office de este país, por eso se están todos en quiebra, llamas 20 veces nadie atiende el teléfono, vas hacer algo y la línea demora de 15 a 20 min para que te atiendan, cuando logras hablar con alguien te tratan muy mal, deberían de cerrar todos, no resuelven nada.

Un desastre de oficina, no dejan aviso que te llego un paquete si no estas en casa y otros dicen que los entregaron y no se encuentran en el buzon, ya me ha pasado varias veces

horrible customer service, they do not like to help and are not underatanding. always take forever to just take care of a customer so there is always a line of at least 10 mins. they know nothing about anything, when you ask they just say I dont know

I am very unsatisfiedbecause they make people wait for not reason, I made an appointment and I made sure and ask how long is going to take, I made my appointment for one and it had been pass an hour and I am still waiting.

The Hialeah Miami Lakes PO is the slowest office in this area. Horrible customer service. The manager is nice but the tellers are slower than molases.
