This is the worst post office Ive ever lived near. I wouldnt just put a complaint if it was just on one occasion, but Im writing it down so that if enough people voice theyre complaints maybe USPS will do something about management. I am a government employee and I know that the standards are usually lower than private companies but like FED EX or UPS but this is no excuse. I never get my packages delivered to my home which is 2.4 (I googled it) miles away. I am forced to call them to confirm that they have a package under my name. No reason as to why it wasnt delivered and they claim a note was left, which has only happened once from the last 4 packages Ive had to pick up at there location. By the way the walk-ins are not pleasant at all and if you call by phone if you catch them in a good day you might get professional dialogue.

This is twice now. Four days to just to process a small package? It didnt take that long to send a smallish box to Guam using our local post station. I literally looked up this post station just to write a review because I track all of my orders. And no other mail station has taken 4 days to even acknowledge that someone has simply scanned the label, let alone actually have SHIPPED the package, which is a mere 2 pound box of non-fragiles bound for the Midwest. Holy crap, youd think this station still uses stagecoaches and train

CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS VERY POOR. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND WHEN YOU ASK A QUESTION YOU GET ATTITUDE. I WENT TO PICK UP A PACKAGE AND GOT THE RUN AROUND AS TO WHO CAN HELP ME RETRIEVE IT AND THEY WERE PLAIN RUDE. I WAS HOME ON THE DAY THAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED AND THEY DIDNT PASS BY JUST TOOK PACKAGE TO POST OFFICE THEN SCANNED IT AS LEFT AT FRONT DOOR. FOUND THE NOTICE IN MY MAILBOX THAT IT WAS AT POST OFFICE.

They lost my $267 Christmas order! How is it that I track the package it says it arrives at at this post office then says it was delivered and I look in my mailbox its not there is tell them the situation and they say they did there job and hang up, horrible service I have been calling like crazy I need to give my brother something for Christmas! At least refund me if you cant find it man.

Had 2 packages to be delivered the same day. they were marked as delivered but were never in my mailbox. even saw the mail lady come and deliver mail with no packages for me. called to complain,a week laster received a call saying the carrier did deliver the packages and that it was my fault. For all I know they stole my packages or lost them and wont admit to doing so.

The worst, the stupid postman refuse to leave my package at my house and when I call I always get some ignorant black ghetto Bish who answer is for me to come get the package when I shouldnt have to, they told me hell leave it if I leave the gate open which we did, I got home yesterday, still no damn package.

Worst office. What is the purpose of requesting a redelivery when it doesnt get delivered and then to get a rude lady on the phone. Next time I have to have anything delivered I will request it is done by fedex or ups. Having to deal with the post office is impossible and they are down right rude!

This is "The worst" Post office in Florida , Carol City / Opa Locka usps Whatever name they said! They will treat you like an animal , There are not human beans working in there , Not matter if you go with a child , Theyll show to your child hows is the neighborhood where hes stopping at!

I needed assistance with tracking a package that were a delivery notice was left. And was put on hold momentarily. but she came back cheerfully and assisted me. This is one of the better experiences Ive had with postal services across America. Hopefully this doesnt change

Just called about a delivery notice to confirm that this was the correct post office where my package was being held. The lady was very helpful, although the hold was for about two minutes, and answered all the questions I had about pick-up.
