We ALL need to take a few moments and contact the Post Master General and let her know about this consistently horrible post office. They should be shut down! If you have a complaint or a problem forget about trying to contact someone at this location. So, my next step is to contact the local news and let them try and get answers. Ive lived west of the turnpike in a development which was built 11yrs ago and we are still considered a rural route. REALLY?! All that truly means is that we get a outsourced "postal employee" who delivers our mail with no thought or concern what so ever! I caught mine throwing my packages at my door as she walked by, then I open the door as shes walking down the stairs say, "thank you" and I get the look of death. REALLY?!? She was pissed she had to walk up 3 flights of stairs...is that my fault? If you dont like your job, find one you might actually be able to do correctly...if possible. Im so sick and tired of going to my mailroom and finding mail on the window sill including peoples bank statements, credit card statements and much more. I still havent received my husbands W2 form, which was mailed eions ago! With that being said Ive got picture proof of consistant incompetence and udder disregard for the integrity of the mail being delivered to my development. Its not rocket science and no matter what your job might be, at least do it well. If your job is to clean toilets, be the best damn toilet cleaner there is...and be gratful you have that job! Is that to much to ask of any person, in any job?

Worst post office I have ever encountered. I am a resident simply wanting my mail key which I paid $25 for on the spot and have benefits coming into the post office nearly daily for 3 weeks and guess what? No key, Noone communicates or knows where my mail is. I have time sensitive mail that I am expecting but have NO ACCESS TO!! I am the most easy going person youll ever meet but this place has used up my very last nerve and I am so angry I can cry. The service sucks, it looks disorganized in that office and Noone greets you or musters up what can be called decent customer service. With the exception of maybe 2 workers who did not brush me off. Never has the so called supervisor called me back but they tell me every other day he will. Ive watch old ladies cry in the office cause Noone would guide them or answer their questions. Embarrassingly enough I too have broken down because its so frustrating. After I finally get my damn key Ill never ever ever ever return to this location. I hate that my apartment sends us there for our mail key as new residents because this was the worst possible part of my moving transition to the area. This location needs training and better customer service. This is not right Im a US citizen and I have a right to my mail. This is not right. Im so frustrated.

This is the worst Post Office I have ever used. I have a Post Office box there and will be switching to the Jupiter Branch, much friendlier and helpful employees. No one at the PBG branch ever answers the phone, they do not care how long you have to wait in line, they lose packages constantly and I actually witnessed one worker tell a woman to move out of the line for wanting to pick up an item with no money involved back to the long line where money is transacted. All she was doing was picking up a certified letter and he would not let her explain. He just kept talking over her and telling her he refused to help and to move to the other line. The worker looked at the person behind her and said what do you need, the gentleman said she was next, it was awkward for him, and the PO worker said fine you do not want waited on and I will go to the person behind you. That whole line just stood there in astonishment. I have not witnessed anything like this EVER in a Post Office. USPS needs to really take a close look at this branch, it is awful on all accounts, delivery of packages and most importantly customer service.

This is the WORST post office Ive ever used. I get mailed delivered from them for over 7 years now. Always losing my mail, always leaving packages outside without knocking. My neighbors constantly bring me mail (important documents and checks) that were delivered to them. If I order a package, the company tells me it was delivered to this post office and I wont receive for about a month after they got it from FedEx or UPS. This has happened 4 times! Postal delivery guy left our mail box door wide open exposing everyones mail in the building to the open public sidewalk! When I complain, nothing is done. Dont even bother calling because they NEVER answer the phone. This place is a JOKE and everyone there should be ashamed of their work ethics and performance. If you go there to mail a letter or package, youll be in line for an eternity. Slow and rude. Ive never seen a bigger bunch of snobs. I WISH I could use a different post office to receive mail, this place is a nightmare. Close this place down! Get new employees, seriously this place makes me sick!

1. Hung up on 3 times in a row, now on hold for over 15 minutes... sad thing is, this is NOTHING NEW... in fact, this is the norm... pretty much impossible to get on the phone for simple requests/questions, much more efficient to actually drive over there, get on line, and ask in person... ridiculous 2. Every time I speak to a manager there s/he sounds like she couldnt care less about service... I understand u prob get stupid calls every day, but THAT IS YOUR JOB, DEAL WITH IT and dont let others pay for your pain, or get another job 3. There are a couple of really nice and good clerks there, and a couple not so good, but the real problem starts at the TOP there, not the clerks So ya, the worst I ever had to deal with, and READ THESE RATINGS... ANYONE GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT??????????????????????????????

I had to give 1 star because it wouldnt let me give zero. This place is hell on earth. Do not come here, go to the Jupiter branch. It is worth the drive. The postage machines are ALWAYS BROKEN and when you go inside, they overcharge you. I send 10-20 packages a week and it costs me $1.42 each when I buy postage at the machine. After standing in line for 15 minutes because the machines were broken, the guy tried to charge me $9.56 for one envelope!!! I told him that was ridiculous and we got the price down to $2.58 which is still almost double what it should be. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. The problem is that the people that work here couldnt care less if they lose your business. They will continue to be inefficient with impunity. Probably the reason the postal system is bankrupt.

I do not trust this Post Office at all. I just received a small package that was wide open, actually ripped open without any notice from a postman (he actually was OK to bring such package without concern??) 2 more things: I received only 6 Holiday postcards out of 16. After 4 months I made a complaint and suddenly received 2 more a few days later. They just loose them somewhere it seems. Also, I stopped dropping mails at their desk as they stock it for over a week before sending them out. I went to speak with a manager, she assured me it came out the next day. Only after a week the tracking just turned to "accepted"!
