Worst post office in the country. Twice theyve lost my package with in a year. They deliver my neighbors packages in my locked mail box. If it were for me their packages would not make it to their door step and would be lost as well. Seems that I do their job for them. Staff is extremely rude and should be replaced with people who actually care. They close to early for the people who actually work and cant make it by the 4:00 pm closing time. If you make it at 4 they lock you out. If I could rate them zero stars I would.

This place is horrible. I simply ask a question and youd think they try everything to help you out but instead they make you feel stupid because I did not know the answer to the question I asked. It isnt necessary nor professional to give attitude to a customer whos looking for your knowledge. Rude. Somebody named Sherry or something, she seems to hate her job LOL

I always come here and have been for years. Its located in a very busy plaza (DMV is there) so parking can be a pain lunch or mid day, but the 3-4 regular employees that have been here for years are always nice, helpful and patient. The line can get long, especially if not all registers are used to help customers, but it usually moves decently fast.

One of the worst. ... if not the worst. This office does not have an automatic dispenser so you are forced to either go in the line or drive to a different office. One employee at the front desk. 10 people in line. And it takes his sweet time. Then suddenly he walks away and disappear for 5 minutes.....

It never fails. This post office is the worst ever in Deerfield Beach. Delivers mail to wrong address constantly and loses important & expensive packages. Close very early so you can never go there if you work normal business hours 9-5.
