When we decided to build a home in Callicoon, NY we interviewed several contractors. Steve Ostrander stood out among the rest as being knowledgable, flexible, friendly and fair in pricing. Steve took a basic idea we had and turned into a reality. When unexpected issues with our land came up, he worked with us to modify our design and still get our home built. Everyone who has visited our home has commented on its quality and design. Steve is responsive, honest and fair. We wouldt hesitate to recommend him to any of our friends.

Steve Ostrander and his company is one stop shopping. He was able to Draft up a set of plans for construction of a new home and handled the project from soup to nuts.
