Taylor Oil has been servicing my systems for about 20 years, oil heater, central air and propane. I have been extremely happy with them. Have read other reviews, and yes sometimes the bill is late in coming, but no big deal. and yes sometimes when I call, not the friendliest, but I am not looking for friendly, just need oil/propane/service. They have taken good care of my systems. I trust them enough to let them in my house if I am not here. Just old fashioned service. I own 6 properties in 3 different states so I have worked with numerous tradesmen/vendors. These guys have been worth keeping. The work has always been done well, never felt they were upselling me, if anything, they try to save me money.

Scumbags. They are essentially non responsive and indignant. We got our tank filled in which they said there was a discount for paying early. Did not receive a bill till almost a month and half later even after emailing them several times about it. Then one day some dude is just outside filling up out tank, no phone call, no email and we specifically told them we did not want autofill. Upon contacting them because apparently just sending people out to your house without notice is their protocol, their customer service was garbage and the women on the other line was indignant. Just your general run of the mill people looking to squeeze you for every cent.

Customer service always so helpful with my heating questions and account questions. Very friendly down to earth small town business wouldnt change them for anyone else. If I could give them 0, I would. Bought a house with a leased tank, and they forced me to pay the locked in price the previous owner locked into all last winter. When I tried to buy the tank from him this summer he wouldnt give me a fair price to purchase the tank. Receptionists are just as rude as the owner.

Called to set up new residential delivery for my home in Cochranville. The tell me that "they are not accepting new accounts" and did not have an alternative. If this changes, let me know and Ill get in touch to set up delivery and increase my internet rating. Thanks.

Great company, Ive used a few different Fuel Oil places in the area and these guys are the best, pricing is straight forward and customer service is top-notch. That said, they still use the outdated contracts/etc. That pricing model needs to be updated for the times.

Very rude and unfriendly on the phone and in the office. Both of the women in the front should be fired for terrible customer service. If they didnt refill bbq tanks for $12 I would never go there again.
