Penn Contractors recently (Summer 2013) designed and built a covered patio structure that was added on to our home. To summarize our review: their attentiveness to us as the home owners and our desired design needs and wants was superb. The work they do is excellent and their attitude toward customer satisfaction is wonderful. The communication between Penn Contractors and us was great and we felt very comfortable with their employees in and around our home. The entire experience was a pleasure. Details: From our first meeting with Penn Contractors we were impressed by their custom satisfaction centered approach. One of the key statements that stuck with us was their goal in doing any project: If we decide to do another project, they want to be the first contractor we think to call. (We are currently working on another project with them, as they succeeded in their goal!!) Penn Contractors worked with us to design our patio structure so it would tie in well with our existing home and also with a pool that was being designed and installed during the same time. They coordinated their efforts well to keep on schedule and work with the pool company. The employees from Penn Contractors were always courteous and respectful of our home, our time, and our design goals. The project manager and head carpenter were very good at letting us know what they would be working on, when they would be working on it, and even adjusted their scheduled work to fit some of our family plans! Not everything turned out perfect at first, but Penn Contractors worked with us and continued to address the issue until it was resolved. One of the best things about working with them is their pride in what they do. If it isnt right or we are unhappy, they will work to resolve any issue. Our attitude is that things happen and not everything is perfect all the time. However, the good companies will work to make it right and ensure the finished project is what we expected. Penn Contractors did just that and stressed to us that they wouldnt be happy until we were! I honestly tell everyone I can about our experience and how wonderful this company is to work with. I would highly recommend Penn Contractors for any project in or around your home. I would definitely use their services again.

They performed major changes to our addition. Eight skylights and the roof were replaced and the results were obviously done with professional pride and expertise! Their courtesy and attention to detail was quite impressive and reassuring! The job was finished in a timely manner along with a thorough clean up! I would not hesitate to recommend this great group of professionals for any job, big or small!!

We contacted Penn Contractors to gather information about finishing the basement in our home. While we ultimately decided to work with a different contractor for the job, we did have a positive experience with Bruce and his team throughout the process. Helpful and informative. Wouldnt hesitate to contact them again in the future when we consider other projects.
