We looked at various builders and settled on Welbilt -- VERY happy with our choice. Friends built their home through Welbilt so we saw first hand the quality of a home they build before even contacting them. We have specific needs and the ability to change the complete interior floor plan to accommodate our needs was never an issue. We love the end result and look forward to living in it! It has been a very long and tedious process due to circumstances not involving Welbilt. They have been there to answer many questions, support us in any way, and been patient beyond belief with banks, engineers and such dealing with our project. We look forward to seeing the first big step in our home - breaking ground tomorrow!!! We would highly recommend Welbilt!! They are true custom builders and build exactly what you need/want without the major headaches and run around!! The staff is extraordinary and pay attention to every detail. **We will update or review once we are in our house, but Im guessing at this point it will be just more positive things to say.

Welbilt Homes builds an exceptional custom home, they do not take "shortcuts" like other builders and their work and materials are top quality. Family and Friends coming to look at our home throughout the building process have been very impressed with not only the craftsmanship of the build, but the structure and materials themselves. If you go with Welbilt you will truly have a sound, very well built structure to be proud of. This is a first time building experience for us, and Welbilt has been amazing in trying to meet our every request - even the most outrageous! They strive to really be customer oriented and make sure you are getting what you want in your new home, even last minute requests (as Ive had many!) You will not be disappointed if you choose Welbilt, they have been transparent and up front and honest from the very beginning. NO hidden fees, charges or surprises! Thank You Welbilt for an amazing high quality, yet affordable home. We were truly blessed when we found them, and you will be too!

I am a repeat customer of Welbilt Homes, Inc. They built my first house approximately 30 years ago so when I decided to build again there was no hesitation in working with Welbilt. I would like to say over those 30 years they have only matured wisely. I never had any issues with my first home and while building this new house can only marvel at how smoothly the process is going. There is a "specialist" that handles each step to having my dream house become a reality but if the person Im working with is out of the office - there is someone else just as knowledgeable and nice to step up and step in to get the job done. When I go out to the building site - every person is working to get my house built. No one is on the phone, no one is chatting to see what theyre going to do next - they run a well oiled machine. They accommodate me regardless of how many times I change my mind and make the changes with a smile. If I could give more stars and a better rating - I would. Strongly Recommend!

Welbilt builds a VERY good house. Structurally sound and good, honest people. We worked with a Project Manager, Foreman and Materials Manager and they were all very responsive and supportive from start to finish. Were very happy with our home and we really liked the flexibility in selecting a home model from over 30 different options and then fully customizing it to our liking. When all is said and done, we got the house we wanted and more. The only reason we didnt give 5 stars is that there are still a few post move-in punch list items that we would have liked to have seen done by now that are still dragging on (sub-contractor follow-ups). Also, would have liked to have seen more guidance / direction on certain important decisions like lighting, appliances, vent placement, etc. But overall, very happy with Welbilt and would recommend them to anyone. In fact, just told my cousin about them last week as she is looking to build a new home.

HORRIBLE Builder! Will NEVER recommend. They treated us like crap too! Its sad to see someone else had such a bad experience with them, but at least its reassuring that we arent the only ones and hopefully Welbilt will change their act. They lied to us too and treated us so bad! They screamed at us and hung up on us when they lied to us and they screwed up! I cant believe they are still in business. If you use Welbilt BE CAREFUL and DONT backdown! They will bully you like the other reviewer said but whatever you do, dont let them! They made SO MANY mistakes on our home but REFUSED to fix them. They are a HORRIBLE business with the WORST business practices I have ever seen!

Our house just got started but the permit process has been very long and frustrating! Welbilt was very patient and got whatever our township required in a timely fashion. WE were also referred to Welbilt and have seen the quality of there work and are told the expertise of the builders is top notch!! In addition, the folks we have been communicating with regarding interior designs etc have been exceptionally helpful! They have been in the business for 30 years and I can safely say that I trust them to build my family a good quality home to live in for years to come. Cant wait to see the finished product!!

I have looked at a few builders in the area and I have found that Welbilt Homes has the best quality and the most reasonable prices. I worked in the trades and conseder myself to know good construction when I see it. They are not like other builders that are all about smoke and mirrors. They are real, honest people and invest a lot of time into your project. They have a very nice set up at their office location and have all the tools a good builder should have. If you are considering building a home, dont even waste your time with other builders. Thank you Welbilt!

Working with Welbilt Homes to build our home was a very positive experience. They guided us from the conception phase to the final design collaborating with us along way. They truly proved to be one stop shopping. We were able to select all our cabinets, flooring, bathroom and kitchen fixture right from there show room samples and their appliance vendor. Most impressive is the Welbilt organizational team everyone knows you and keeps you informed throughout the entire process.

Welbilt Homes worked tirelessly to get our building started given that the township engineer caused an unnecessary 8 week delay in getting our permits processed. We have just started the building process but Welbilt is working hard to get our home built, even with 36 inches of snow on the ground. We have found the employees to be helpful and accommodating (even after the many changes I have made). the prices reasonable and the process easy.

I am a proud Welbilt home owner! My husband and I built the Stafford model 2 story almost 3 years ago and from start to finish there were no hassles! I was expecting a baby and hoping wed be in the house by the time the baby came and Welbilt moved so quickly our house was done in 4 months...a pleasant surprise. Their ...showroom is great and I would recommend Welbilt to anyone looking for a great home at a great price.
