Terrible customer service for a quote request that left us hanging in a very difficult situation (to be clear, this issue was related to the need for a quote request and not actual services performed). They missed an important deadline (well, it seems like they didnt even try) for an estimate to help with negotiating the purchase of a home (the request for credits based on the work to be done related to an extensive home inspection performed by another company)... which resulted in us entering the negotiations with no valid, reliable information on the work to be done... with the exception of a guess for the cost of repairing the roof based on a review of the property from ... one photo... from... zillow (can you imagine yourself in this situation? I had to "beg and plead" for a guess on the cost of the roof because they had missed all of the deadlines... which meant... even a guess based on one photo from zillow was better than my completely uninformed guess -- since im not a roofer... nor a general contractor...). I received a glowing referral for them from our agent and agents broker... boy, I wish I had just gone somewhere else. I should have picked up the clues when after several phone calls requesting an update there was no update to give other than "theyre working on it... and I havent heard back..." Id avoid calling these guys if youre in a jam or need something right away. I REALLY WISH THEY HAD JUST BEEN HONEST WITH ME AND SAID SOMETHING ALONG THE LINES OF "WED LOVE TO HELP BUT WE DONT HAVE THE TIME..."... ugh! Seriously, can you imagine walking into home purchase negotiations with an extensive, thorough home inspection report (performed by another company)... with NO IDEA how much itll cost to fix those issues (sans a guess for a roof ... which was one of many issues identified in the report... based on one photo from zillow)... I cant imagine it... and it just happened to me. I sure as heck hope my guessed numbers are... close to right -- if not, Im in an EVEN TOUGHER spot. By the way: they were unresponsive to a quote request (which they agreed to quote!) for fixing issues found in the home inspection report (performed by a different company)... AND just to be clear, while some of the quotable items requested were smaller, handyman-ish types of initiatives... the very next thing to discuss (once I was informed enough for negotiations) was for quoting a 60K+ renovation and remodel. Seriously? I dont understand what goes on in the minds of business owners who are turning away multi-thousand dollar jobs. Maybe this was small potatoes to them... but it was massively important to me... If I had to guess on the total cost to fix everything, they failed to be responsive to over 100k worth of business... really?... Wow... 60K renovations, 15k roof, 10k HVAC; 15K+ landscaping & misc. repairs (windows, deck fixes, etc)

I highly recommend using AAction for all of your home renovation and contracting needs. This company is the absolute best!! Honest and upstanding...never tried to "get over." From day one, all of my home renovation repairs were completed in stellar fashion and the contractors were always on time, they were reliable and very respectful and very professional. In addition, AAction and all of its employees are responsive and return your calls as soon as possible...there was never a long wait for any questions or needs that I had; best and most helpful customer service. The owner of AAction is dedicated every single day hell do what is needed to make his customers happy and he is extremely attentive. They gave me a great deal on a new roof and I strongly recommend them. There work was quality. I had gotten 4 other estimates all much more expensive and requiring things I didnt need. Action did have any hidden fees or up charges.
