They put forth the minimum effort. The parts they ordered arrived in beat up torn boxes and were slightly bent. Some had discoloring they told me to fix with a Black magic Marker. The Parts didnt fit right they told me I had to live with it. There was nothing else they could do. They were not going to make a lot of money off the repairs on my vehicle so they just did not care enough to do they job right and see it through to the end. My insurance company is sending me to another shop.
