I had a heavy duty trailer hitch lock that was rusted in place without a key. I called Keenan in Kennett Square, PA and they were able to see me immediately and remove the busted metal lock in minutes. I was amazed at how friendly and professional the staff were. From my first phone call with Nicole, to the interaction with the location manager Chris, I cant say enough positive things about my short experience. I dont usually write reviews, but the service was exceptional. I will recommend them to all my friends and colleagues in need of service. Thanks guys!

One of the best customer service experiences I have had...in any industry. From the first phone call, to picking up the vehicle after it was repaired, my interaction with the staff was friendly, personable, and straightforward.
