I was not a fan when they were known as Auto Sport and not as Service King. This store by far has and always will be the worst shop I have ever had ever had the displeasure of working with. My car went in and came out worse. The first time my car came back shaking at 20mpg and half the car wasnt finished. Second time I take it to them it comes back with a radio that doesnt work, a headlight not set properly, the hood not aligned correctly, the panel still hanging off on the inside, and a back door that doesnt close properly. I had to call corporate to get sent to a real service king. Save yourself a headache and drive down to the Parkesburg store. 203 W 1st Ave, Parkesburg, PA 19365 If not for them i be having a lawsuit against service king and the thorndale store.

This shop is AMAZING! They not only did a great job on my repair, but I was THAT customer who was running late. I called to let them know I wouldnt be there until 10 minutes after they would be closed for the day and offered to give them my card over the phone so they could toss my keys in my car and go home on time, Cory told me not to worry that he would stick around. THEN after I got there Cory had not only done a great repair job but he detailed and cleaned my entire car inside and out, he said that he had some extra time so decided to use it detailing the car. My car has not looked so good in I cant remember how long! THANK YOU CORY AND SERVICE KING DOWNINGTOWN, you guys rock! :)

Over all I could not be happier with the experience. The workmen ship was impressive. The front desk was pleasant to talk to. I actually had an emergency and needed my vehicle right away. Sure enough Service King went the extra mile to help me out and it was done exactly when they said it would be. Highly recommended.
