This shop is incredibly unreliable and displayed for service for my vehicle, as well as poor customer support. I was promised the car would be done 10 days after dropping it off. Everything has gone wrong. They have ordered and reordered parts because (when shipped) they were broken and not suitable to be placed on my car. When my car was supposed to be done, I called to clarify. They had not updated me on the status of my car prior to my call and when I spoke to them, I was told it would be done tomorrow (Thursday: Day 11). When the next day came, again no update without me calling, and they said just one more day for a plethora of reasons (Friday: Day 12). Its now Friday, to no surprise, more excuses. I will now not be able to pick my car up until Monday (Day 15) because they didnt realize one of the brackets was broken and they have order another one to replace it. They are not open during the weekend and offered nothing more than an insincere apology for the inconvenience. Im now without my car for the weekend and my graduation ceremony from my doctoral program. Im half expecting more problems and excuses when i call them to try and pick up my car. I figured that because they are partnered with my insurance this process would go quicker, however, that is not the case. Save yourself the headache and go to the dealership if you need something fixed.

The people there are very friendly, everyone is always so nice. There pricing is great and they always do their best to fix your problem with your car. Definitely would recommend to others to go here. Russ is always nice and welcoming and helps you get what you need done on your car, so your back on the road.
