i do not recommend taking your vehicle to KC Auto. My experience with both the lady working the from desk and the main mechanic were far less then satisfactory from beginning to end. I was lied to and told by both the woman at the front desk and the mechanic they were covered under my insurance "preferred auto shop" for repair which they are not. There was no communication or follow up calls by anyone in the auto shop on when the parts needed for the repair or when i should bring my car into be repaired despite numerous phone calls to them. When I finally got an appointment scheduled (a month later) i also coordinated with the woman to the front desk to have a rental car ready..however when i got there there again was a mix up and miscommunication between KC Auto and the rental car place and twas asked to come back at noon (4 hours later) to pick up a rental car which to me is unacceptable as the rental car should have been there. By some luck they did able to coordinate with another local rental car place to provide me with a car but the delay and the mix up made me 2 1/2 hours late to getting to work in West Chester. The rental car I was provided was covered in bird droppings as if it had been left in a field and the low air pressure sensor was on. I had to call the local rental car place to have the car cleaned and the air pressure checked, When i finally got my car back from the auto shop and returned the car i voiced my frustration on my experience and was given very little compensation from all of the difficulties i had. Instead i was fed every excuse in the book and was well informed by the main mechanic on their losses in profit with having to reorder part for the my car which were mis-ordered that caused all the delays and mixups. I never once was offered an apology or a truly good answer or solution. The mechanic and the lady at the front desk are running a very disorganized service and the quality of customer service stinks. I was even handed someone elses registration card that had that persons name written on the envelope when i picked up my car that i didnt realize was not my registration cars until i got home. Again lack of organization or paying attention to detail to misfile someone elses personal documents in my files. I am still waiting to get some answers from the mechanic who promised to call me back and the last I spoke to him was 2 weeks ago and i am not holding my breathe at this point. Very disappointed on their lack of professionalism, lack of communication and lack of overall honesty and integrity of their business. Epic fail.

I have not had a bad experience with KC at all. A couple months ago they were able to tow my car to my mechanic when my starter went and most recently they repaired my car after another driver hit it. I had gone to two other auto body shops and KC had the cheapest estimate. Jim T. was very nice an accommodating since my repairs werent going through insurance, but through private pay by the person who struck my vehicle. He kept me informed during the repair and the repair was actually completed sooner then expected!

Poor service and poor work. I took my Subaru Impreza to KC Auto Body after an accident. At first, on the surface, the body work seemed fine. However, within the first year, the paint on the entire front bumper bubbled up and pealed off! After years, yes years, exchanging calls with KC Auto to fix their poor work I had to get the work done elsewhere, costing me plenty. To make things worse when I finally had someone else repaint the car they noticed that the bumper was not even attached to the car body properly.

Biggest Crooks in the world !!! Total rip- off !!! Charge us $340.00 for towing a small car from an accident scene that happen 100 yds away from their shop to their shop: $175 pick up fee, $5 fuel fee, $35 gate fee, $35 admin fee, $45/day storage fee and they charge us for 2 days - accident happen around 10 PM and we went to get the car from their place next morning, not even 12 hours later but they said it is a new day and we have to pay for 2 days. This is how they do business !

I have had two high end cars repaired at KC. Always excellent results overall. Have had a rental twice, always clean and refueled. Also had my car towed to their lot. Fees were a bit high, and storage fees seem unreasonable to me.

they charge today storage for 9 hours 100.00 a gate charge $45.00 ministration charge $45.00 hook up charge $85.00 have woman on video lying to me. they are thieves

Had a new fender installed and painted a few years back. Paint was a perfect match. Ill be taking my car back again if I ever need more body/paint work.
