Collex Collision was recommended by Allstate to fix my car after an accident on March 15, 2011. My car was towed by Collex on March 16, 2011 and repairs to the right, front passengers side were completed on April 7, 2011. Three weeks seemed a bit excessive considering the extent of damage to my car. On April 8, the right passengers turn signal was not working. I returned the car to Collex and they replaced the light bulb. Once again, the turn signal would not function so I returned to Collex on April 20 and was told that a new part needed to be ordered. On April 27, I took the car in to Collex for installation of the new part (socket). Again, it did not work so I contacted my Allstate agent and spoke with an insurance adjuster. The adjuster told me I could take the vehicle to Collex or a garage of my choice. I chose to take the car to Moores Tire on April 30 and upon evaluation, they believed the problem was a "flasher" and it was ordered. I brought my car back to Moores for installation of that part and but it turned out that the "flasher" was not the problem. Once Moores took apart the light, they discovered that the new socket was ill-fitting and was being held in place with duct tape. This was the repair that Collex had performed on April 27. There was also duct tape holding together parts of the windshield washer fluid container. I have photos of this. I was driving to North Carolina on May 8th and needed to have a car that functioned properly. Collexs "repair" of my turn signal could have resulted in injury or worse if the malfunction had occurred during my travel time. I feel that Collex was unprofessional and demonstrated a lack of concern for my safety when repairing my turn signal with duct tape. This is unacceptable. They also show utter disrespect to me as a client and to Allstate as one of their "preferred" repair facilities.

Ive taken my car accidents to Collex Collision in Coatesville, PA for years and every time there has never been an issue. They know me by name, and Im shocked that those might be real people and not competitors typing their hate messages for the world to see. recently I was on my way to an interview in the am and a buck ramed my car, and even left me a present on my right rear passenger door. The picture was sent in to AllState along with the info from my Allstate app. Any-who great service nice people got me back on the road in a week My new interview date is tomorrow I have reliable transportation and plan on traveling sometime afternoon. Ill be a new barista over Birmingham just off of Old Wilmington Pike if youd like to see my car

A few weeks ago my car was vandalized by a racist white male in the neighborhood. My family was devastated by the images on our vehicle. Todd and Jessica reached out after seeing the graffiti on our vehicle. He towed the car and removed the hateful slurs! It was such a burden lifted off our shoulders at an awful time. The service was impeccable....the kindness a blessing! Our family will be forever thankful and forever a customer!!! Thank you Collex Collision Experts....for going above and beyond!!!

I got my estimate done this morning. I mentioned on the phone that I was tight on time. It was such a quick and easy process! They sent my estimate via email within a few hours and they set up the rental with Enterprise so I didnt have to. Super professional and really sweet people. So far, a great experience!

I got hit by a deer. My insurance company recommended them. They did terrible body work. They missed a huge crack in my paint. Dirt all in there clear coat. I had to send it back to get fixed. The dirt still in the clear and now my car has a flooded engine. Dont go here ever
