These guys were great. Having had my first accident after 26 years of driving, I was afraid of taking care of this myself, anticipating the worst since men who deal in cars are notorious for being only one step above politicians and lawyers when it comes to honesty. S&T proved me wrong. It helped having a GEICO rep on site who was very nice and helpful. Nelson, the S&T worker I dealt with was polite, attentive and also very nice, recognizing how hard it is to have an accident and put your trust in someone else to fix your car. He also made clear the process, including the fact that sometimes jobs take longer depending on when parts come in, paint processing, etc. They worked with me on getting my car back as close to the approximated date as possible, and the job they did was fantastic. Not only did they fix my car perfectly, as though it had never been hit, but they returned the car essentially looking like it had been detailed, inside and out. I highly recommend S&T. Its in a scary looking neighborhood, which could be off putting to those unfamilar with the Bronx for sure, but their workmanship and customer service quickly makes you forget where you are.

Poor business service.Once I walked in to ask for an estimated of my damaged vehicle there was one girl texting ignoring I was even there.I had to ask the second female for some help and ask her if someone can look at my vehicle.She then got up to look for someone and left me waiting for about 10 minutes.She then asked me a second time what type of vehicle I have as if she was doing me a favor.She also never apologized towards me standing there waiting like an idiot.I then left after her asking everyone where is the owner Tommy that could not be located.I mean really!!! 2 stars for effort towards looking for the owner which looked like such a task for her.Smh.

My insurance company and brother told me to come here. They fixed all the damage that needed to be fixing, which was a lot of body damage. The finish product was great. I noticed an issue with my steering wheel and brought it back. They fixed it and gave the car back. Then all the time I turn the wheel my power to the car was acting up. I brought it back and they said my battery which I brought back in August was too old and the check engine light was a separate issue. Yeah ok.

the area is severely impoverished and you will be terrified to see how fast the workers are moving cars in and out of the business into heavy traffic. I was told my car would be ready a tuesday, then a wednesday, then a thursday, then a friday, then monday. I still dont know if i will ever get my car back for what was a minor collision on one panel

Satisfied with the job done, but overpriced. I needed a broken mirror replaced, but they wouldnt allowed me to order the part myself and have them install it. Instead they ordered it and charged me $245, when it would have been only $159 if I had done it. When will people stop being greedy?

Very friendly and understanding staff. I came here to fix my Chevy without wanting to use my insurance and they completely understood and allowed to pay in cash. They were extremely helpful and efficient. Will definitely go here again

Very unprofessional place they leave u on hold for hours & when they fix a problem u have to come back on a Thursday to fix the next one make sure to check your car when you leave always has a new scratch very unsatisfacy.

This Shop is an Geico Shop, Had my car repaired and it was an amazing experience. They did all that was promised and more.......... Geico was in the shop as well as enterprise, I was in and out in 10 minutes.
