When I arrived for a quote, I was very apprehensive. Herman made me feel at ease. He gave me a quote and did not go one penny over! When I picked up my car, I didnt even expect what I saw. These guys are great! I am paying out of pocket and not submitting a claim to keep superior rates and avoid surcharges. He checked to see if there is any damage under my bumper and there is none. Sometimes a quote comes back higher. The owner is honest, transparent and easily replaced my bumper. My new Mercedes is mint again. Beautiful work! :-)

They fixed my car without fuss, dealt with the insurance company, and when the insurance company of the person who crashed into me wouldnt cover some of the work (because it improved the value of the car or something like that), they discounted about half of what the insurance wouldnt cover.
