I have selected Impriano Roofing & Siding Inc. for a roof replacement on my house after having meetings with sales reps of other six companies. What was presented by Greg Impriano was a good quality proposal at a reasonable price. I had a long list of questions and he provided clear answers to all of them. He also gave me references for the work done by his company in my neighborhood. I did check the references and got only positive responses – the customers were happy with the work done by Impriano Roofing & Siding Inc. Now I can add my name to this list. The work was done on schedule and within the budget. I should tell that I could be seen as a demanding customer. My requests like sealing gutter seams were met with understanding and completed. I can conclude that Impriano business approach is that the customer is always right and making the customers happy means making good and long-term profitable business. I would strongly recommend Impriano Roofing & Siding Inc. for home improvement projects.

We had the siding and the roof replaced on two separate days. Of the bids I received, I had wanted Impriano to do the work because he had the estimate to me for that day, the other prices were very close, and Impriano offered a little bit more. I also did not have the impression that I was just job when Greg came by. He was quick to answer all my questions, and provide me with anything I asked. The work was done quickly and neatly, with as little disruption as possible. I have received many compliments from the neighbors as to the final product. The only negative point was that I found a few nails in the driveway where the dumpster had been--but I wouldve spent time checking that anyway to protect our car. Compared to the nails they pulled out of the house, this is an infinitesimal percentage, and I hardly see how it could have been avoided.

Pros: Great work replacing our flat roof on a 3 story home! They came early in the morning & left late in the evening to get the job done in 1 day like they said they would. The crew conducted themselves in a professional manner both in their speech & conduct. When they came across an issue w/the wood frame they notified Jack (the owner) who called me immediately with not only the problem but with options towards a resolution. Cons: We were given 3 start dates & I had 2 follow up twice to get the photos.

Jack Impriano has been absolutely wonderful to work with from the beginning, when our home siding, gutters, windows and roof sustained serious damage from a severe hail storm in May 2014. He has gone above and beyond with our insurance adjustors, insisting that they take second and third looks regarding the damage. The work completed has been excellent.
