Certitude is a top rate company. They replaced my aging roof in one day using Landmark Pro shingles by Certainteed, and the work performed was OUTSTANDING! The roof looks stunning. The crew was here early and stayed late until the work was completed. They protected my home throughout the job, and cleanup was perfect. We were assigned a Project Manager, Matt, who was here throughout the install and was fantastic. The owner of the company, Ed, was also superb, and gave us plenty of samples to make sure we found the perfect color to match our home. I highly recommend Certitude. These guys know Roofing and are absolute professionals. They have done installs on several of my friends roofs as well and everyone is very happy and raves about them. If you call anyone else, you are making a huge mistake. A roof is one of the biggest investments you can make on your home, and you want it done right. Call them.....now.

Very response and excellent service! I gave them a call and they came the next day to give an estimate. Theirs was, by far, the most reasonable yet their work had the same quality as the more expensive companies. Fast forward a month, they were able to fit me in even with a tight HOA deadline. The day arrived and all the materials and dumpster were delivered bright and early. They made sure to tell me when they were coming to make sure I had the area cleared. The work was professionally installed and any questions I had, their project manager was very responsive. They were able to finish in the estimated timeline even though there was a heatwave one of the days. Its been a month now and the craftsmanship is excellent. I had the siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters all replaced!

My husband and I are very satisfied with our experience with Certitude. From the estimate to the finished product, everything was handled very professionally. The crew arrived promptly and worked until it was nearly dark. I was impressed with the measures taken to protect our home and shrubbery from falling debris. I was told that our home would be a "construction site" for the day, but you would never have known that due to the amazing clean-up efforts of the crew. An unannounced and unexpected follow-up visit to inspect the work and to see if we were completely satisfied was a very nice touch! A couple of VERY minor issues were addressed promptly & professionally. Nice to work with a company that values customer service!! Thanks to everyone involved.

Our experience with Certitude was excellent. From the initial consult and discussion of what we wanted to arranging the work time, it was great. The initial sale was not high-pressure and they answered all our questions. When the day came to install the new roof, the work crew arrived at the time they said that they would. They put up tarps to protect our house. The work was performed quickly and we were kept informed as to the progress. After the roof was installed, the area around our house was was cleaned up and they did not leave until we were happy with their work. I would highly recommend Certitude to anybody looking for a new roof. We looked around and they were the best price for the work done.

Our roof took a hit in the last big storm of Spring, and I called Certitude to come out and do a quick patch job. They showed up within 48 hours, and agreed to check out the damage and patch it up. They also provided me a quote for the full roof replacement that included the Owens Corning shingles, which were pretty highly rated. Their price was great and they did the install in one day. I have no idea how it looks up close but dont care. The attic is dry. They also did the siding on my back porch, which looks amazing, and feels far better insulated. Theyre also very good with communication, and are prompt to return email and calls.

I cant say enough good things about our experience with Certitude. Every team member spent a lot of time educating us on the roof replacement process. Its a huge expense and they made us feel comfortable with all decisions. They did exceptional work at every stage, cleaned up daily, communicated very well, and finished on time and on budget. They even took video with a drone so we could see up close the finished roof and gutter work, and it looks amazing! They even helped with design decisions. We ended up painting our stucco and trim and used black gutters and downspouts. So happy with everything!!!

Our tired old aluminum siding and stained roof were replaced by Certitude. What a transformation. I feel like we have a new house! Brian carefully oversaw all aspects of the job and made sure we were happy. The crew, especially Pancho, were fast, thorough and neat, with great attention to detail. They did even more than we were expecting, with the gutters, the little roof over the back door and replacing a partially rotted window frame. They were a pleasure to have around. I would highly recommend Certitude. They did a great job and were fast and affordable.

We hired Certitude to reside our entire house as the original cedar siding was in need of a major overhaul. It was a big job and continued to get bigger as we uncovered more issues from the original builder. The staff with Certitude was fantastic. They walked us through what they were going to do, gave us a full selection of different siding options and provided us with a complete solution. Certitude did a fantastic job on our siding project. They worked quickly and their crew cleaned up nicely at the end of each day before leaving. Our house looks incredible. Thanks to Guy and Ryan for making it a smooth process from start to finish. A couple weeks after finishing, I noticed a slight problem with one piece of siding and they had a crew out the next day to make the repair. They really stand behind their work. Pricing was not the lowest bid but by no means was it the highest. Well worth the price paid for the quality and warranty.

From the moment the bid was given to the moment the project cleanup was completed, Certitude Home Improvement was top notch. I cant say enough about the level of service and the care given to my home. The project manager kept me informed and the guys preforming the work took the time to actually care about the impact the work would have on my property. The roof looks great and you cant tell they were even here. Its no wonder they are a preferred contractor with Owens Corning. Id recommend them for any home improvement project.

Very pleased with using Certitude for my new roof installation. Start to finish this was a professional company. As soon as I met with Ed I new I was going to use this company. He took the time to educate me on my different options and help me come to the right solution for my needs and budget. He did not try to push me into a costly roof. I really appreciated that. The day of the work guys worked quickly. They were done in a day, including cleanup. Great group of guys, plan on using them again for future projects.
