Jason, Tracy, Scott, Clark and the young man who operated the backhoe were awesome!. Despite numerous scheduling changes (weather, work, etc) they remained in communication with us and assured us that re-scheduling would not be an issue. On day of the job, Clark and his team introduced themselves, explained what the job entailed and did everything they could to minimize any impact this project would have on the yard and the existing window. They performed in a professional manner, taking time to answer any concerns that I might have had and provided me with information based on their experience in the building/construction trades that allowed for sound decision making on my part. They basically dug out my existing egress well , cleaned the window frame (taking the window out, mind you) and ensured that they had a clean slate to work with. They identified areas that were likely sources of our water leaks and reframed and sealed the window frame as if it were a new install. They tied into our existing drain system (something the previous basement remodel contractor did not do-my bad for not inquiring about that at the time). Resealing, pouring in stone and backfilling were accomplished without any issues cropping up. Clean-up was accomplished with the ground smoothed out, grass seed and straw scattered throughout the affected areas. I did a lot of searching for contractors that perform this type of work and many provided me with estimates over the phone without even coming out, Jason, did not. He came out, walked the property and inspected the job area and provided me with sound opinions and ideas and promptly forwarded his proposal to us. A small town company, I would recommend Sundance Homes, LLC to anyone looking at home repairs, remodel or new construction. Sundance Custom homes did not complete the original work Scope that was originally agreed upon. I talked to the owner Jason and he never called me back on the Situation even after I tried to make contact a second time. It is very unprofessional when you cannot even get an explanation on the uncompleted work. The patio was done correctly but the minor details were not finished with their electrician. This work was done in Middletown DE.

What a great experience we had with this company. Not only do I love the new windows and bath they installed but the way the guys were respectful to my home really impressed me. They had a little problem with one of the windows but were quick to fix it. My wife and I had two other estimates and did not appreciate the high pressure but the way Sundance presented made us feel very comfortable.

I contacted Sundance for a third bid on a commercial roofing project using a roofing manufacturers website. I was immediately contacted by the company and had the bid in my hand two days later. Jason met with me two days after that and did an extraordinary job of working around my schedule. The site was neat as a pin when they finished. Great service and they were the lowest bid!
