In November of 2011 I had BSR come out to my house for a roof leak and they came out and said it was fixed. It probably was fixed. Well last month (Dec 2012) just before the first snow, we had rain one day and I noticed I had the leak again in the same spot,. Just before the January thaw I contacted BSR as there was snow on the roof and talked to Ken and he told me that he would get back in touch with me after the thaw cleared the snow off the roof. Well I am very disappointed that it is now almost two weeks later and still have not received a call. I do understand that there are probably other homes with more serious problems but am very disappointed that they havent even called back to try to set up an appointment. To me that is just poor business. If they were too busy to do the job they should have told me when I called.

I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimator to come look at our leaky roof. The estimator said he would contact us with an estimate but never did. Even though I got my roof fixed, by a private contractor, I still wanted to inform BSR that I never received an estimate from the estimator that came to my house. The receptionist on the phone seemed to not care and pretty much brushed it off. I did not receive one apology. I took the time off of work and had a stranger walk through my house for nothing. Thanks BSR!

Horrible horrible people.... They refuse to work with you and call you a liar and when the supervisor gets mad at you questioning his work he swears at you. Save your agervation and time and go somewhere else!!

Im my experience the workers were very pleasant and time concience. The prices are fair and the quality is superb. My roof has never looked better. I will recommend bsr to all my family and associates.
