We needed a complete tear off and re-shingle as well as new shutters. My wife and I interviewed and received quotes from 7 different roofing companies, including All American Roofing. The other 6 we checked out either sent someone who was a salesman or a roofer who didnt know anything about the business. Our main contact from the quote through the final walk through was Brian Liss, from All American Roofing. He is very professional and new the business side quite well and it is obvious he has a rich background of experience in roofing and general contract work. Their quote wasnt the lowest (it was right in the middle), but I would say the value between the knowledge, peace of mind, and the quality workmanship was well worth paying a couple thousand dollars more over the bargain guys. We had about 4500 sq ft of roofing to take care of and they finished up in a little less than 4 days. The roofers were very respectful the whole time and they cleaned up at the end of each day. They protected our plants and trees around the house with 2x4s and tarps and used huge magnets to sweep the surrounding area for stray nails. I will absolutely use this company again. With their 25yr workmanship guarantee and the fantastic experience we had, its a no brainer!

Great experience with All American Roofing! Less than 5 years ago I had a roof replaced (hail damage). A year ago the roof started leaking. Unfortunately for me the company went out of business which left me needing a new roof. After several months of searching the web and reading the "fine print" and countless estimates I chose All American Roofing. Why? While the quotes for a replacement of the roof were fairly similar across all of the roofing companies there were a few things that stood out. 1. All American Roofing has been in business for quite some time. 2. All American Roofing uses more nails per shingle than EVERY other company who quoted me a new roof. 3. All American Roofing included the replacement of bathroom vent duct work in the quote (trivial but sometimes its all in the details). 4. All American Roofing offered a warranty superior to all other warranties offered. Why I am glad I chose All American Roofing: 1. The roof was replaced quickly. 2. The clean up was impeccable each day. 3. Charlie, the salesman, was friendly, helpful and available to address any question I had. He came back after the job was compete to make sure everything was perfect and it was!

I can honestly state All American was Great. I had several quotes and Brian was the only one to go up in my 2 attics to inspect from the inside and outside of my home. This sets him/them apart from the other companies, plus the price was very competitive. Brian also was there through the entire process and kept me totally informed. Brian even went the extra mile to custom paint my flashing so it would blend in and not stand out. He is the Best. I want to also state that the crew was great as well. They were very professional and polite. They made sure everything was covered and protected from debris and cleanup was spotless. There was not a nail or piece of trash to be found. This is the best roofing company to work with! The service we have received was superb. Our home has multiple roofs and needed to be completed in 3 different installations. Vlad was more than happy to accommodate our needs and was there every step of the way to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. His team leader, Alex, was also very helpful and conscientious of the work being completed. The job site was kept very tidy and the clean up was meticulous. No debris or nails left behind. Weve completed 2 of the 3 installs and its such a relief knowing the quality of roof that is now on our home. No more leaks!! This is the only roofing company that we would highly recommend. A new roof wow ! Considering our new found peace of mind, I dont know why we waited so long. The warranties are certainly believable after witnessing the installation. Brian Liss did an excellent job of addressing our concerns explaining both verbally and in writing how his team proposed to tackle the job [ our roof had multiple hips, valleys and dormers with varying pitches ]. Everything and everybody arrived when they said they would. Each of the workers performed their various tasks competently with their foreman Chris alongside inspiring confidence. Brian has a true lighthearted manner that comes with knowledge, while maintaining a high degree of professionalism paying attention to the details. Look no further, because this is the roofing company youve been searching for. I have an old, leaky, fixer-upper home, where I would cringe, and grab the pots and pans every time it rained. My roof was in poor shape, and needed much more than a re-shingle. I had many roofing companies come out to give free estimates, and by the end of it all none had been more informative, honest, inclusive, professional, or fair as All American Roofing. Brian and his down to earth way of explaining things always left me feeling that the job was in good hands, and the final result is beautiful! It felt wonderful last week when the remnants of a hurricane passed through and it rained for a good 24 hours and I could stand inside sneering at the clouds, thinking "bring it on." Thanks again!

We hired All American Roofing to do our roof two years ago, and were so happy with the work and price, that we called them back to do our gutters. Their rep, Brian Liss, was very friendly and easy to work with. There were no hidden costs or problems, and he was able to answer all our questions and address any unusual requests we had. He gave us a very competitive price both times, and the workmen and workmanship was excellent. I would definitely recommend hiring them!

Brian Liss and AARC did a great job from estimate to completion of the job in August 2014! Brian is very hands on during the entire job and he is quick to return messages by phone or text. He made sure all the details were handled: roof, increasing the size of the ridge vent, new gutters and gable vents. He even recommended the color shingles to match our siding and we love the color. The worst customer service -- they dont follow through with customers and are rude! I had new windows installed in my kitchen last Summer, the trim they installed was the wrong color. After numerous phone calls and emails -- a YEAR LATER - I still dont have the correct trim. What does it take to get the job done right?

I never write these things but I just called to inquire about a quote for a large job. The lady asked me where it was. I told her "Camden" which is in Kent County and is listed as one of their service areas. She then stated that was too far away and hung up without another word. Nice customer service!
