The tear-off of the old roof went horribly. Despite using tarps, there were nails and old shingles and tar paper debris EVERYWHERE! I was horrified that it had been allowed to happen, as Ive seen roofs done professionally and have helped with a few private installs. Several of my plants were damaged as a result of the tear-off by large chunks of old roofing coming down and laying in piles on top of them instead of them being protected with plant cages or some other rigid structure. The contract included cutting back some branches on an old tree that overhung the old roof, and after they were cut back the ends of the branches were splintered and ragged looking as if they just bent them back and twisted them until they came off - not a professional job, for sure. After the install, a VERY noticeable color differentiation in shingles was observed. It was explained as being a manufacturer defect, but truly looked as if two completely different colors of shingle had been used and it resembled railroad tracks running up my roof. They replaced the entire roof a second time, and it turned out ok, but it took them exactly ONE MONTH to get back out there to do it and they failed to replace a piece of fascia they removed in the process. They came out and replaced it at my request, but overall the experience was not satisfactory.

The entire exterior of our house needed to be renovated. This included the roof, siding, 15 windows, front door with side lites, gutters with downspouts, garage doors and garage door openers. After receiving proposals from at least 3 companies, for all phases of the work, we agreed to award the renovation to MW Roofing. We have to say that everyone we spoke to and/or met with, including Mark, Ellie, Joe, Mike, Jason and finally Chad was extremely professional as well as concerned with making sure that our project was given the attention it deserved, right down to the smallest detail. This included protecting our shrubs when removing the old shingles and ensuring that there were no nails or other debris left behind at the end of each day. We received regular updates during each phase of the renovation, whether it be about a delay due to whether or the next step in the process. After MW Roofing was finished and after we had met with the owner Chad, we had a painter come in and paint all of the new trim that Jason had installed around each of the new windows. In the words of our painter, "This is true craftsmanship, I didnt need to caulk anything, only paint". If youre looking for professionals, to provide any of the services mentioned above, do yourself a favor and call MW Roofing.

I did a lot of shopping around prior to getting my estimate from M&W . They were prompt , polite and very knowledgeable . The estimate was more of a quote because it was spot on with the final contracted price for the job . My job was scheduled during a rainy time of the season so there had to be some flexibility on both our parts for the scheduling but on the agreed date , they were at the house on time and got right to work . The were even respectful of the fact that I had my dogs in the back yard that needed to be worked around as well ! The roof and gutters came out exactly how I expected them too and both look awesome ! I have recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so . Thanks for a Great Job and a reasonable price !

Great company! Chad and his crew use quality products, are fast workers, and - most importantly - do stellar work. My husband and I could not be happier with our new roof and gutters. Also, Chad and Ellie are a pleasure to deal with and are extremely accommodating. We had several companies come out and give us estimates on a new roof and gutters. The competitions prices were outrageous and their salesmen called constantly. MW Roofing gave us a fair price and were not pushy at all. Chad is very personable and thorough in his explanation of the job to be done. MW just completed our complete tear-off and roof replacement, which included a few small items that were not included in other contractor estimates, such as silicone vent collars, vents painted to match roof. The job was completed by a team that arrived as scheduled, worked fast, and completely cleaned up the yard, etc. upon completion each day. They took particular care of plantings and landscaping. They use quality products and do quality work. We are very pleased with our new roof, and happy that we chose MW for the job.

Customer service and the quality of the work were exceptional. They arrived early and did not leave until the work was done. The owner, Chad also came by to ensure that all went well - during and after the roof was complete...plus it was a Saturday!!!. Overall, we had an excellent experience and our roof looks wonderful. The price beat out everyone as well. We shopped around for quite a while and M&W had the best prices around. I would recommend anyone who needs a new roof to call them ASAP!!

I met Chad a few years back when shopping for prices on a new roof for my home. Chad was friendly, courteous, accomodating and professional. A few months later, I had one or two concerns about the job, Chad was back in just a day or two to follow up and address them. In addition, I had Chad come back to roof another area, power wash my home as well as replace the frame around my garage doors. His prices were reasonable and no job was too small. Love MW Roofing!

My roof was completed in a timely manner. They showed up on time and replaced all wood and shingles in just under 2 days. I couldnt believe how hard they worked. Their price was very competitive and in my case they were the low bidder. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a roof or gutters. Just had my roof replaced along with 2 sky lite replacement upgrades. 40 square of Certain Teed shingles were expertly applied. Old roof rip off was seamless with absolutely no debris left behind. This company does what they say, follow their quote with no hidden "extra" charges. I would highly recommend MW roofing to anyone needing a new roof.

We had MW install gutter guards to keep the leaves out of our gutters. They are the best quality Ive ever seen and they work wonderfully. The crew from MW arrived on time, worked very efficiently and my wife was really pleased that they cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely hire them again.
