The woman named Sara was very rude. Kept insisting I have lice despite it being dandruff. Youd think a hair dresser would be able to tell the difference. Not this one, though. After telling her several times that I DO NOT HAVE LICE and being cut off by her saying "were not allowed to cut your hair if you have lice, etc" I went to speak with my mother and of course, she interupted with the same things. If I could rate this zero stars, I would. I ended up walking out because of how rude she was. My mother and father were going to get their haircut as well so they lost three customers today, and hopefully more in the future. We will not be going back. The last few times I told them that I do not want my hair to be buzzed and they did it anyways. Do yourselves a favor and just go somewhere else, please. Youll thank me.

While the provide semi-decent haircuts Their organization is a joke. I made my reservation close to a month ago for today. I called to confirm last week and was assured that everything was okay. Only to find out when i got there that I was double booked. this is the second time I was double booked and was told that they would not have enough time to finish my hair before the next customer came in. Absolute worst customer service. They offered to start but not finish my hair what is that who goes to the hair dresser for half a haircut. will never go back here again.
