Very very very rude...I call this guy up for a oil change quote so he gives me the price and tells me that I would have to wait about a hour before coming in that he was short staffed and overcrowded. Little did he know I was SITTING ACROSS THE STREET. I choose to ignore the fact so I went in after the hour and then the guy at the desk LOOKS AND STARES AT ME LIKE HE SAW A DEVIL OR SOMETHING SCARY FOR AT LEAST ABOUT A GOOD 5 min. So I reminded him that I had called earlier. He remembered the conversation but now that he SAW ME IT SCARED HIM. So then he tells me U HAVE TO WAIT ITS GONNA BE ANOTHER HOUR WE ARE SHORT STAFFED and walks away.... there was only 2 cars and 1 person in the waiting room.....so I told him I will go. He just waved his hand at me to go......VERY SAD.....I tend to fool people a lot with my voice I sound WHITE on the phone and I have been TOLD THAT MANY TIMES but I am Black...and proud So these people I would not recommend to MY people...and just for the record Im not PREJUDICE. I have a WHITE boyfriend....its just IGNORANCE in this world still we have to live with. GOD BLESS ALL!!!

To put it simply - this is a great no-nonsense place to take your car for service. Over the years Ive taken cars of mine to this location and have dealt with Peter (the shop manager) for things ranging from brakes, to exhaust to (most recently) putting new struts on my Corolla. You can expect honesty, quality of work and timely completion of repairs. You might be disappointed if you were coming to this place looking to be best friends with Peter. While he isnt mean or nasty - he has a straight shooting, no nonsense type of personality when it comes to car repair - so you should expect that walking in. I like and value this trait vs. the shop manager that schmoozes with you and hits you with high prices or recommends unnecessary work for your car. I live just outside of Philadelphia now with my dad living in Bethlehem, PA. I gladly make the drive to take my car to these guys while visiting my dad because I know I can count on them for an honest appraisal of repairs and for fair pricing.

They charge you for parts they never put on your car.. 2015 inspection they said I needed over 1200 worth of stuff fixed to pass and 2016 almost 800 worth to pass.. And didnt fixed crap I paid for parts and labor that never ever got done.. I got robbed by this place.. Took my car somewhere today and they told me I needed all this stuff fixed that supposedly got fixed march 17,2016 and there is no way I damaged that much work since.. Today is April 6,2016 nope they just plain and simple robbed me.. Im a single mother of 6 my money has to get stretched a long way yet this business would rather rob innocent ppl like me.. If I had a choice Id give this place 0 stars

The owner takes good care of his customers. I came in with a problem with my battery, my car was slow to start. They replaced teh battery and I drove away without much concern. The next time I tried to start my car, the starter died. The battery wasnt really the problem. I took it back the same day and they replaced the starter for like half price!

Great service, very professional, very quick. I went in for a state inspection and was done under 1 hour, I use to take my Hondas to the dealer and every time they tried they failed me to take money from us, Meineke took care of us and very frank and professional.

Took my car in for repairs and the told me I needed all kinds of stuff for inspections and I took it to Monroe and it didnt need half the stuff they said I needed!!!! BEWARE!!! Manager at Monroe said they hear it a lot about Meineke I recommend Monroe

Was apprehensive about going there at first based on the reviews, but I had a good experience there. Staff was kind and courteous, and price was very reasonable. Probably going back there for any future car maintenance needs.

The office and shop are a little run down, but dont let that fool you into not coming here though as they have knowledgeable mechanics and great service at low prices.

Meineke sucks!! I went to Meineke for a car battery today. They charged me $230.00 for a 2002 Hyundai Elantra car battery!! I should have gone to Walmart!!!

I used to like this place. Now they are extremely nit picky with inspections and over-charge for parts and labor. If you need an inspection, dont go here.
