If i could put a no star rating i would! these guys are complete trash, they worked on my car for a month and charged me 900$ and it broke down they next week and they said my alternator was bad and it would be a 500$ fix, so i bought one from autozone and put it in myself and my car had the same problem took it back to "Family" auto and they said the brand new alternator was bad LOL took it to another shop n it was a missing fuse and cost me 20$. NEVER GO TO FAMILY AUTO UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!

Nothing fancy, simply a local neighborhood auto repair shop. They take care of their customers. Theyll work with the customer to get your vehicle fixed correctly. Are they perfect? No. Todays vehicles are complex by design and not every issue has an apparent solution. They have the necessary tools to get the job done. Over the years, Ive taken my vehicles, new and old, to them.

This place is great and does honest work! I dont know much about auto work, but they made me feel comfortable here by educating me.
