Thank you, Ed for your kindness and helpfulness over the phone when we were broken down in Delaware Water Gap Friday, August 4th. I appreciate you listening to my troubled story and dispatching your driver and son even before getting the official notification from our insurance company. Thank you, Joe for your fast and efficient work loading our SUV and towing our trailer to North Bergen. Thank you for accommodating the 4 of us and our cat in your extended cab truck. It is very apparent that you value your equipment. Thank you also for the pleasant conversation during our 1 hour plus drive where we covered everything from kids and cats to football, GO PACK! You certainly eased the tension of an unfortunate event and lightened the moods of 4 1/4 weary travelers. Mr. Giles, with all do respect (something you obviously dont understand) you are leaving some key factors out of your review. Every aspect of the job we did was authorized by our actual customer, ARI, prior to performing it. Then we gave you an option of free delivery for the parts the following morning or a 4hr parts trip to have our tech go 90 miles to get the closest part immediately. You decided that you couldnt wait & personally requested the parts trip. Now you want to complain after we saved your day & did exactly what you requested? Life is about choices....you made some...dont get mad at us because your second guessing yourself now. Have a great day!

This shop isnt as bad as the last person suggests. The waiting room is a little small, and no complimentary coffee but that isnt a big deal.(ive been to shops with NO waiting room) I got a coolant system flush, I was charged exactly what other "truckers" that work with me said it would be. Yea I could of done it myself with a hose and saved a lot of time, but I am assuming it took 2 hours because the mechanic did a quality job. Un attach hose, flushed, heated, re fill and flush my truck several times to make it perfect. I did only get charged 1 hour labor though so it made up for the long wait.

Complete rip off! Charged me $125 an hour for their driver to sit in traffic! $853 to bring me a power steering hose that cost $45! Supposedly the only hose available for my truck was 89 miles one way. Our road service dispatch says otherwise! Highway robbery! Dont bother pissing on this guy even if his grimy ass is on fire! 0 stars! I would only recommend -

Just wanted to say Thank you! my wife and I were stranded just off 380 (exit8) Wednesday night and the young man who came out couldnt have been nicer and made sure we were on our way safely its refreshing to talk to someone who was so courteous and helpful, sorry I didnt get his name but please let him know we appreciated it

We recently moved to the area. My truck died on a dangerous section of 196. Not only did the tow truck arrive very quickly but the driver was friendly curtious and fast loading it up and out of the way. Repairs were reasonably priced and very fair! We found our new go to shop for our vehicles! Thank you Joe and Ed!
