This review is long over due. A year ago we wanted a tractor. We went to one dealer and we were approved but their terms were different than what we felt comfortable with. We drove out to look at a Kioti and told Barbara and Ty everything. Barbara called the next day to say they had talked to the credit company (same for both dealers) and they could meet our terms. So we bought a Kioti tractor with the bucket. Barbara got all the paperwork done and whenTy delivered the tractor we signed everything and the deal was done.. When we had a small problem he came right back down (70+ mile round trip) to take care of it. It was such an effortless and enjoyable experience. So this year when we wanted some more implements we drove the extra miles to go back to them. We decided what we wanted and Barbara went to work finding us the cheapest finance rates available. Emails went back and forth for a couple of days and then we drove up and picked up the implements. Both experiences were friendly and efficient. Both are knowledgeable in their departments and eager to help. I am sure in a year or so my husband will decide he "needs" more implements and we will return to Hansens because you dont mess with success.

Went to the store and Barbra was helpful with the paperwork and texts from her was daily and up lifting..ty came back for a 2 min fix of my problem 8 miles away..he is not to great with people who have questions about the problem they are asking for help no personality...needs to change it to get this place going to be Around long time...
