Donovan and his team have been my mechanics for almost 7 years now. I have never had any issue with their work, timeliness, pricing, or professionalism. This is something that is definitely rare in this industry if youre not a franchise. The work is honest and if its something they cant handle they will let you know from the very beginning. Im on my 3rd car now and drive an hour out of my way to have them work on things. My first car was a Saturn, then a Tiburon, now a VW Beetle and the experience has always been the same. I highly recommend them.

Could have gotten a tire for $76 new, came here bc we called and they said they had a used one in stock for $45 including mounting. Drive out of our way to come here and guess what? They cant find the tire. Say they can get a new one for $90. We decide fine, its $14 more so whatever. He says half an hour it will be on... Well apparently the tire is being delivered and didnt even get there for over thirty min. Finally mounts the fing thing and tells us its $109. Avoid this place like the plague.

Very bad service. Never go back to this place. And wouldnt recommend to anybody. Be careful they may rape you in price. The temperature was going up on my car. I brought the car they said i have problem on my radiator i paid $500 to Donovan to fix it. But next day temperature was up again. I took my car to another mechanic and they fixed it for $140. Actual problem was on the water pump.

I was not happy with there service. They over charge me for my brakes and inspection stickers. They did not put one of my stickers in the window because he was trying to find more problems to over charge me. They are over priced get overs and I will never take my car back to them again. If you do get your car done. Please check there prices they give you and compare them to other prices.

My Daughter needed a set of tires. I stopped over at R&B Auto in Norristown and spoke to the owner Donavan about my problem and he sold me two used tires that were in great shape. It cost me 40 dollars each and it included installation and balancing.i thought this was a great deal. Thank You R&B Auto I will Be back
