When I made the appointment I specifically asked for and stylus that new black hair they set me up with a girl and my daughter went in with the ponytail extension first of all she didnt know how to put the ponytail on my other daughter had to help her then she didnt have a flat iron or could curl the ponytail and then you charged us $40 for service when there wasnt one this is the fourth time weve come to this location and I have been disappointed every time I will never go back again NEVET!!!!!

Ive heard such great things from this salon, but Im afraid I cant say the same. I waited a half hour after my scheduled appointment until I was taken. Even after waiting, my hair stylist juggled myself and another costumer at the same time, only causing more wait time. Because of this, she was rushed and not very personable. My cut and color was okay, not worth the wait or the expense!!

Skyler is the best stylist!! Always friendly and professional. Always listens and can recreate whatever style you want. I went to her when she was at the Perkiomenville location. Now that she is in Fleetwood, she is much closer to me. I love the shampoo bowls at Fleetwood. So comfortable!
