If I could give 344 Beauty Bar less than 1 star I would. This place is greedily over booking with the help of Groupon and understaff. When I booked my appointment for the first time it took over 3 weeks to get an appointment. Unfamiliar with the area I was scheduled on a Saturday. The receptionist did advise me that I would need to park in a garage. She made it appear like garage parking is readily available. However, I drove aimlessly around for 15 minutes trying to locate a parking spot the garage was full and so was the street parking. I called to inform them I am outside unsuccessful trying to park. The area was extremely busy and with no consideration to the resources and time I used to get to them they said come back next month! This place customer service is awful they couldve taken 15 minutes away from my session since I wasnt informed how busy and hectic that area is, and I drove over 30 minutes to get to them. Instead they were eager to cancel me. Typically places like this have time built in for new customers to fill out questionnaires, new customer forms, and medical paperwork this horrible business wants me to believe there was nothing else they could do but reschedule my appointment. I am disappointed and shocked that they lack customer service and consideration. They should inform all customers especially new customers to arrive 1 hour early just incase the Beach is jammed packed. I dont reside in the city so I wasnt equipped for that chaos. Places I go I just pull up and park their is no driving around for 15 minutes seeking parking. I am 100% certain 344 Beauty Bar is aware of their good luck trying to find parking arrangement. They couldve shown some sympathy. Their inconvenient location with no parking will not matter to this company. Their careless attitude will takeover. Seek a caring business before you invest your time and money into this business.

I spent almost $800 here for my full bikini and under arm laser for 6 sessions, kinda pricey but still took it because Im tired of waxing every month , apparently waxing is better. Once you did the laser you have to wait 1 to 2 weeks for the hair to fall, but not everything will fall so you have to shave it before the next session, thats what happened in all my sessions, until I finished six. Im expecting a good result after six session but it never happen. They told me there must be a little growth of hair but not like before, but now its just 6 weeks since my last session and the hair growth is a lot, not what Im expecting. Waxing is way better, less pain and once they wax it, the hair will be all gone just what I like and you just have to do it in 4 to 5 weeks again and the hair growth will be lessen, just like laser. Also in waxing you dont have to be irritated and wait for the hair to fall in few weeks and have a messy panty. Maybe this is not for me. Just wasted some money. My friend did it in Sanfo , 6 sessions and got really good result. Well customer service is really good thats why I cant give them 1 star.

Wow! My experience was amazing. I must admit, I am aware of the parking garage located on the next street over--behind the shop; they do have ample parking at all times. Recently I tried to park there during a beach event and was let in with a "voucher" type situation--allowing customers to park and not pay the event parking fee. Thats off subject. I was treated with kindness and enthusiasm from my first phone call to completion of my first visit. This has resulted in me making additional appointments--a relationship of sorts! I am very pleased with the results I have seen from my facial treatments and look forward to continuing my "relationship" with 344 Beauty Bar.

I was hesitant about going into a veauty spa being that i am a heterosexual male. But the staff was great. My skin care professional was so knowledgeable and polite. She educated me through my process and what i could do to keep my face young and fresh looking. I had microderm abrasion and i will be back. What a great experience! My face looks great. I love 344 beauty bar!
