Since it is just one experience, Im giving it an extra star just in case its unusual for them to not answer the phone for over an hour. Still, being on hold for over an hour is very hard when you have already dealt with 3 other groups before calling the local post office to find a missing package.

This is a small post office that works in conjunction with the Linwood office. There are usually 1-2 clerks available and the lines are long during peak hours. I have a PO Box there for my small business. Will and Ivory are super helpful and friendly.

The place is greatly understaffed. The lines can be pretty long especially since there is usually only one person at the counter. The staff are usually friendly and helpful though.
