Would vote negative stars if possible. Moved a few hours away and called a few months ago to cancel my membership... Apparently in order to stop getting charged you have to come in???? So planet fitness is making money off of someone 3 hours away with absolutely no intentions of coming back in to sign papers. I called again and spoke to a SUPER rude manager who told me that "this is what i signed up for" and that she went through the same thing and I just have to transfer my membership???? Like okay cool lady wanna lend me 20 dollars a month for doing absolutely nothing beneficial for you? Didnt think so. If I could somehow contact Planet Fitness headquarters and resolve this that would be great. However, if they hire employees like the one I spoke to, I assume they arent much better. Terrible gym, terrible staff. DO NOT go here under any circumstances. If you called any professional gym like LA fitness or Crossfit they would void your account no problem. Worst mistake of my life.

This gym is too small to have large workout classes that dominate entire areas ESPECIALLY during prime time for gym goers, like the after work crowd. Ive had too many workouts limited and/or interrupted because a workout class started and the personal trainers unapologetically told me I cant use the equipment anymore, because now its apart of their class... even if youre not using equipment that they need for their class, the obnoxious noises the trainers make to "encourage" the people in their class to push is horribly annoying and distracting, even over loud headphones. Parking is a challenge. The gym is typically clean, youll see staff making rounds to dust, wipe down benches and put equipment away. The personal trainers and their classes are bad enough to make me drive further to other locations on days when I just dont want to deal with that aggravation. Schedule these classes at less busy times, or give them a separate, designated area.

Clean, perfect for those who just want to get their workout in. Staff is okay. Not very friendly or outgoing but that also means theyre not intrusive or pushy. If you want a place with a staff that is welcoming and personable and eager to help - this is not your place. If you already know how to use the machines and know your workout and want a place that you can go, workout, and be left in peace this.place is perfect.

Great gym, great staff, great price. Always clean and creates a comfortable workout area for those who are just looking to stay in shape in between the rest of their busy life (not geared towards hardcore athletes or bodybuilders). Only complaint.. parking. During busy hours, its like sick game to try and find a parking space.

This place is close and convenient, but it is not very big. It is new so it has new equipment. It is really annoying though when you get kicked out of an area or can not use an area because of groups being trained. They do not tell you that when you sign up. I might start making the drive to a bigger pf.

Over-all one of the better PF gyms I have been to, only downside is that there couldnt possibly be any worse of a parking lot. VERY few parking spaces out front, and during the busier hours its almost impossible to even park in the main lot, requiring shady parking methods elsewhere.

I was going to join but the guy at the counter kept trying to push the $20 a month package. When I told him I would not use the extra features he said ok bye... he was rude so i left im going to join 24/7 fitness instead probably. Would not recomend planet fitness.

The facilities are always extremely clean, the equipment is new and they have a great selection of multi-function machines. Even at peak hour you can always find a machine. Very pleased with this gym.

It doesnt have any barbells or a squat rack. If you are content with Smith machines, dumbbells and lots of cardio equipment, then youll be happy.
