Very secure never afraid of going any hour of night. Love love love the 24/7 aspect. Cant always fit a scheduled visit in to my busy life. Trainers are available and the owners are usually there to make sure you are working out the correct way. Nice selection of machines and many "non-machine" supplies, balance balls, ropes, stretch bar and weight equipment. Several types of equipment Ive never seen before which is great fun to use. Recommend facility highly
